Crap I'm too late to make my "I too would like to be one of the 80 people queued up for the single populated district" joke. But yes, as was stated "phasing" is planned for after 3.5 is up and running. This wiill help with the issues of full districts, matchmaking, and even dethreating.

Fun fact: none of the problems mentioned by the "hurr Durr get better servers" crowd (DDoS, crashes, hitreg, rubber banding etc) actually have anything to do with the suspected quality of said servers. So if we could let this meme die, it'd probably be for the best.
