The "false ban" conspiracy in this case, seems to stem from the fact that some of these players had ALL of their accounts wiped, INCLUDING the ones they did not cheat on.

slightly of topic, but I had shotgun rng explained like this: Each pellet is assigned on a grid (this example having 9 pellets). All RNG does is decide where withing its assigned square on the grid the pellet hits. ... maybe I should just ask Beastie.
