You realize it's a North American, and not a US server, right? So that already includes English, Spanish, and French speaking players. And as for blaming you... If you are the only one having this issue with being kicked... Chances are that it's a "you" problem and not a "they" problem. Then again what do I know... I can't speak for Citadel. I get like 250ms there. But I'm not sure why more players is a bad thing simply because they are Russian. As for Jericho I seem to remember a dead pop being saved by an influx of new players from Hoplon. I also play Jericho pretty much every day and have for years and have not been kicked from a single match for being an American. Have you considered the more likely scenario that you may just be disliked?
