Because you can drive off when concd? You can re enter the vehicle and regen health while being concd?

You don't see the use of a grenade that not only disables every single vehicle in the game with one shot, prevents players from being able to escape in a vehicle, and also blocks player health regen upon entering a vehicle by causing damage to anyone inside the vehicle? That's on you.

Im not sure why LTL weapons cant have competitive ttk's. You still have to actually arrest them.

What if explosives were just a weapon mod?

All secondaries outside of the act and rsa do 30% damage at 60m. The last two do 100% damage to 70m?

At 60m the RFP does 30% damage making it's ttk like 4.5 seconds.

I don't think tha'ts correct. The limit is just in case they've missed a possible exploit. They do not plan to give away that many JT a day, ever. I base this off of the fact that they already know that you cannot reach the limit through normal gameplay.

Now it's random. Yeah u could do it all day and maybe get nothing. The cap is there for exploit control yes. You'll never even come close to hitting it without some form of exploit. Iirc people have been averaging less than 1 JT per mission.

Pre phasing all you'd need to do is hit up an empty district and you and your friends just take turns losing on the first stage. You could just print JT. Post phasing would be a different situation, that's a good point.

That wouldn't be too fair for less skilled players. It would also be exploitable. Random is the only way to do it.

It's not supposed to be easy to get free items that you would normally have to spend real $ on. Just be glad you can do it at all.

Yes, all shotguns are MUCH more forgiving of bad shots. And I agree, that's an issue.

Fun fact: since the per ray damage scale was introduced, it takes one less pellet to min ttk using the NFAS. One Less Pellet The system Is set up so that the more pellets you land, the less the damage scale helps. So while bad players may be benefitting from the change, good players are not.
