And try to give as much info as possible in the support ticket. Email associated with the account. Account creation date. Birthdate associated with the account, purchase history if you have it. Stuff like that can help reduce the number of emails needed before reaching a solution.

Because you can drive off when concd? You can re enter the vehicle and regen health while being concd?

You don't see the use of a grenade that not only disables every single vehicle in the game with one shot, prevents players from being able to escape in a vehicle, and also blocks player health regen upon entering a vehicle by causing damage to anyone inside the vehicle? That's on you.
