  2. Hello everyone! A new patch is going up onto the Live servers for PC. This patch will be happening on Monday 1/21/2019. Patch will start at 9 AM UTC and will last for 4 hours. This patch will fix the Alienware Promotional car so that you can correctly apply mods to the vehicle.

    Alienware car issues

    Hello everyone, We will be doing a hotfix tonight at our normal patch time of 9 AM UTC to fix the issue with not being able to mod the Alienware Promotional car. Thank you all for being patient while we fixed this.

  7. Hey Everyone, Due to a bug we are seeing a large number of client crashes. We are working on a fix for that issue. Until the time that we have a fix, we are going to be taking the servers down. Thank you all for your understanding in this. Selali
  8. Steam auto log-ins currently do not work with 2FA but you are still able to manually log into your account, through Steam, and still have access to all the Steam functions, including the overlay. We will be investigating the issue and see if its possible to get it working.
  9. The reason that the known issue exists is due to the fact that we did catch it. The problem with QA, and software development in general, is that sometimes fixing something has a side effect of breaking other things. Our QA team found the issue but because there was a simple workaround, we decided to not delay the patch. It will be fixed in the next patch that we do, along with another issue that Im currently adding.

  12. Hey everyone, OTW is available for creating characters. We will be running the playtest today at 11a and it will be run on the new EU test server. This will require you to make a new characters on this world. Please make sure to try and save a character more than once if you get an error about not being able to create a character on this world. This is a known issue that we will be looking into but I wanted to give you all a heads up. We should be running a few games today for testing. Thanks!

  17. Hello everyone! A new patch is going up onto the Live servers for PC. This patch includes the all new Autumn Assault weapon skin. Information on how to obtain this new weapon skin is located here. This patch will be happening on Monday 11/19/2018. Maintenance will start at 9 AM UTC and will last for 4 hours. Patch Notes: - Added in the new Autumn Assault weapon skin - Added in 4 different Gun Games that are played in Financial and Waterfront districts Known Issues: - The CASE Weapons have the Butcher weapon skin applied when applying the new Autumn Assault weapon skin. - The pattern on the Assault is applied on incorrect places on a few weapons Both of these known issues will be addressed in a subsequent patch

  19. Hey everyone, I'm going to walk through the situation that occurred on Citadel related to nudity enforcement and our policies overall. There are a few things that happened here. One of our GMs whispered a player to let them know that a top they were wearing, one that clearly showed nipples was breaking our Terms of Service. He then, instead of continuing to whisper the player, said a few things in district chat instead. Everyone is human and mistakes like that happen. This is what started this forum thread and Ive been asked to address it. The honest truth is that when it comes to this specific policy, there was a lot of back and forth. Somehow in all of that, I missed Matt's final decision and post to uphold the G1 policy that was already in place with respect to nudity. So this wasn't the fault of the GMs. They were trained specifically with my understanding in mind. They were enforcing the policy they were told to enforce. Going forward, Matt's post is clear on his stance, and we will be enforcing that policy which is already well documented. We will work to make sure in the future that everyone is on the same page.   20. Hello everyone, We are having a patch on Friday 9/21/2018. The patch will start at 9 AM UTC/2 AM PDT and will last for 4 hours. Patch Notes: - Fixed an issue where bullets were able to unintentionally pass through certain solid objects.
  21. We have a large number of tickets and we are a small team handling each and every ticket. This means that it does take some time to get to each and every ticket in the system. Some types of tickets take longer to get answered due to the nature of the type of ticket. Not every supporter is able to answer every type of ticket but we do work the tickets, as best as we can, in the order they are received. Contacting us directly takes us away from working on tickets to answer forum or DMs. This is counterproductive. Your tickets are not lost, were not marked as spam and will be answered. We have made changes to the forms on the website to gather more information from customers to help speed up the ability for us to answer but that is specifically for new tickets and we are working towards those. Policy changes are coming that will also help us handle tickets in a more timely fashion. Please just be patient with me and my team as we work through the large number of tickets that already exist.   23. Yea, I just wanted to chime in here with my apologies as well. This was my fault. I understood incorrectly where we would be running the event and gave out bad information that lead to all of this. Im glad we will be able to rerun the event tomorrow and be able to play with the bulk of you who were unable to get into the district on OTW. I know that these kind of things are bound to happen from time to time but just wanted to add in my own personal apology. Thank you all for being understanding. Selali
  24. Just as clarification, this event is going to be happening on OTW, not on Live. The OTW server is NA and thats why it was said for Jericho. I apologize for any misunderstanding.
