  2. Hey all, Thanks for reporting this. This was our mistake. We did reset a few accounts back to 0. We are in the process of correcting this issue right now and any account that had this happen to it will have all of the currency restored to the account. Thank you all for being understanding.   3. Hello APB community, Today we unbanned thousands of accounts that were done by Fair Fight and a few other very specific types of bans. We are going to be doing a second wave of unbans in the near future. We knew that not all accounts that were banned for cheating were going to be hit by this first wave of unbans. These mass unbans, since they hit thousands of accounts, take time to preform and so we split them up into more than one wave. Please be patient till we do the second wave.   5. Hey APB and Fallen Earth communities, We are currently experiencing a problem with the portal on Zendesk. We are looking into the fact that you are, now, no longer able to see the status of your ticket. Please understand that your tickets are not lost and have not been closed, you have just lost the ability to see them. We are actively investigating this issue and will be updating this thread to let you know the progress with this issue as we learn more information.   6. I just wanted to jump in here and comment about this. We are not doing unbanning for any account that was banned for cheating. We are reviewing accounts that were banned for other reasons so, yes, there are a few accounts that are being unbanned. Even if they say that they were banned for cheating and now have their account back, it is not true. We are still following this post: Selali
  7. I do apologize for us not being able to get to tickets faster. My team is still in the process of learning all the new tools that we have to use to investigate all of the different issues that arise in support tickets. We will get faster at this process, please just bear with us for the short term. We really are looking forward to helping you all out. We did have a lot of tickets that came in over the weekend so it might take a little bit of time to get all caught up. I have announced that we are not going to be working on Banned account tickets till we patch out Battleye.   8. Hey Gamers, I just wanted to address something that we have been getting a lot of questions about. This is specifically related to accounts that have been banned in the past for cheating. Im going to be using some quotes in this from Matt Scott. When it comes to bans in the system for cheating we are going to be unbanning a lot of accounts but there are a few things to keep in mind: "- This isn't going to happen until we release the next patch with Battleye. - We will not be unbanning players that violated other parts of our terms and conditions. For instance, credit card fraud or other forms of illegal activities." This means that it is going to be a little bit of time before we get to the large number of support tickets that we have related to banned accounts. Once we have patched out Battleye and done the automatic unbanning we will be able to deal with the more specific cases. This game has a large player base and we will be doing our best to help each and every one of you. Thank you! Selali

    Support Tickets

    Hey Gamers, Some of you have received a message that was from the older ticket system that asks if you had an open ticket to create a new one. This message went out a short time ago. If you have already made a new ticket using the new support portal, you do not need to make a 2nd one. As long as you have already created the ticket in the new support portal you are fine. We are dealing with a lot of new tickets. Sending a second ticket will not help get your ticket answered any faster. Please be patient as we work through these support tickets. Selali

First of all, I wanted to say thank you to all of you for being patient as we changed the tools that we are using so that we can better help you out. The new tools are now ready to be used at https://support.gamersfirst.com . Since we have moved away from the old system, there are some tickets that were opened that we were not able to get to. If your ticket was one of those, please head over to the new support site and put in that ticket there. As this is a new place to put your tickets, there are going to be a large number of new tickets in the next few days. My team and I will be working to get to all of them as soon as we can.
