  1. We are working towards this actually. The first part of this process is figuring out why the events were stopped in the first place. Were they stopped because they broke, or were they stopped because it was an additional system that needed upkeep? Considering the sheer amount of content that these events could hold, its going to be a process that takes some time to fully QA but our intention is to bring this system back.
  2. If you see instances of things like this, please report them to support by opening a ticket at support.gamersfirst.com with times, locations and names of all parties involved. Screenshots help us as well. Currently the wait time on support tickets is about 7 days so not all of these things get taken care of right away but we do take care of them in the end. You can contact me directly through Discord by joining the APB community discord and then messaging me directly. My discord name is Selali#9469 if you would like to discuss things further. Thank you, Selali Moderator note: accusing others of possibly breaking breaking the Terms of Service or posting evidence of that is not permitted on the forums. This information is much better handled via the support team.

    game not updating

If you are having trouble getting the game to update, we need to see your launcher logs. Those should exist in the Launcher folder which is located at APBGame > Launcher. If you can open a support ticket at support.gamersfirst.com and attach those logs, then privately DM me your ticket number, we will look into this issue. Thanks, Selali
  4. We listed the names of the weapons that we were adding to the Joker Ticket store. As it was already outlined in this post: As this had already been covered in the above post, I did not think that it was needed to add all the specific changes that we made related to Joker Ticket items. The one that changed from its previous incarnation in the Joker Ticket store was noted. This type of change will be happening on every weapon that we add to the Joker Ticket store with limited exceptions. If this system ever changes in the future, we will be sure to note them for the community in another post.
  5. This is intended. As we move towards more items being available in the Joker Ticket store, we will be moving away from colored icons indicating where the item was purchased. As this question has been answered, I will be locking the thread. Thanks, Selali
  6. The weapons included in the Valentines bundle, which are also up for sale individually, will be removed.
  7. Hello everyone, After all the feedback on the latest round of shotgun testing, we are quickly narrowing in on one set of stats. As such, for the next couple weeks, we will be moving to a single test district (we will still be testing in Asylum). These changes will go live with our upcoming 2/5 patch. Since we did not post the actual stats from last week, I will be combining the stats from Test district A with the changes we made to shotguns this week. The goal of Test A was to leave the 2017 ranges intact but bring down the damage to make shotguns not feel overbearing. After the feedback that we got across both A and B, we have combined them into one district using those stats as the baseline. We improved the damage for a few of the weapons that were feeling underpowered. The JG and the CSG were still feeling too similar, so we made a couple changes that should help that feeling. The CSG is now more accurate, while keeping the spread the same. The JG has gained some damage but also has lost some range to compensate. Lastly, we moved the NFAS’s Fire Interval back to where it currently is on live. The 2017 stats moved it from a 0.29 to 0.25, we just moved it back. We are getting much closer to a more balanced set of shotgun stats so if you want to have your feedback read and considered, time is quickly running out! Get out and help us balance shotguns! Thanks, Selali
  8. Hello everyone, Unfortunately, there is no way of doing this process automatically. We have to first find all the accounts that have the Key to the City pack and then redeliver all of the symbols that we have made since the last time this process is run. It takes time for an engineer to run this process. We are looking into alternative ways of this process running but for now its manual. You can contact support at support.gamersfirst.com and they can deliver the symbols to your account as well. Thank you for your understanding as we look into a better solution for this issue. Selali
  9. Hello everyone, For the next set of balance changes on shotguns, we are moving the testing from Financial and into Asylum to get better testing in close range. From all the feedback that we got from this last round of testing, this was the most requested change, by far. This round of testing we are going back to having both an A and a B testing districts. For reference on the first major round, please head here: This will give you some context as to what this round of changes is based on. Prototype District A: In this district, we are reducing the damage that they do overall but leaving ranges intact. The one additional change that we are making is to also slow down the CSG but not by as much. Prototype District B: In this district, we are keeping the damage the same and bringing in the range of the shotguns slightly. We are also trying to expand on the differences between the CSG and the JG so we are slowing down the CSG and we are making the JG much closer range but slightly increasing its fire rate. We aren’t going to surface the exact stat values at this time because we feel we want you to get the feel of the changes instead of theory-crafting based on the values. These values will be divulged in a subsequent post, after everyone has had a chance to get into Asylum and run these changes through their paces. Thanks, Selali
  10. For context I think Hexerin is referring to a post that was made by Matt back in July. I will quote the section that he is talking about. (Feel free to correct me if this isnt what you meant @Hexerin ) "The Shotgun changes from summer last year were focused on increasing the reliability of shotguns at the cost of severely reducing the punishment for missing. This new proposal is designed with the original linear damage scaling per pellet, but leaves room to adapted stat wise if needed. We want to greatly reduce the pellet spread, as well as pellet count to both reduce frustrations with the spread making well aimed shots essentially not count and badly aimed shots still counting." That post was back before we had decided to revert all of the shotgun changes back to the Pre-LO time. Since doing that, we believe that less drastic measures are going to be required to bring shotguns back into a good state. Pellet count is one of a number of vectors that we can look at changing to get shotguns into a good place in APB but it is not one of the things that we are looking at changing at this time.
  11. The current plan is to make modifications to this system but we did not want to take any development time away from 2.1 to make that change now. Instead we are doing this for the time being to get feedback on which way the community, as a whole, likes better.
  12. The time that it takes for support to respond to tickets is tracked on a weekly basis in this forum thread. Please head to the last post for the most up to date information about the wait times for support tickets. Thank you, Selali
  13. This was an intended design choice, to have weapons that have silencers to not have the muzzle flash. I agree that there are weapons that the muzzle flash doesnt work as well on, single shot and slower firing weapons are on that list. We wanted to do something that was different than just a color swap on the muzzle flash knowing that there were some weapons that it would not work as well on. For instance? We can look at fixing anything that is actually broken with the muzzle flashes.
  14. Hello everyone, We are currently aware that the holiday rewards did not unlock after this patch correctly. Since this is the case, we will have to award these manually which will take some more time but we are working on getting those items out to everyone who earned them during the event, as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. Selali
  15. Since we have not had EU servers in EU up until recently, there has not been a lot of testing done on the 2017 shotgun stats that are in the Prototype district currently or the other changes that have been made. Once the current balance has been tested, we can make adjustments and go from there.
  16. Hello everyone, All servers should be up and available. Thank you, Selali
  17. Hello everyone, We are going to delay this one hour till 9 AM UTC. Thanks, Selali
  18. Hey everyone, Just posting an update. We have fixes for the issues and are testing the fixes now. We are aiming to deploy a new patch at 9 AM UTC but are aiming to have it finished before that time and patch it out earlier. Thank you, Selali
  19. Hey everyone, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This should be fixed now. We have merged all the threads that were about this same topic into this thread. Thank you, Selali
  20. Districts are back up and available again.
  21. Hey everyone, We are aware of the issues with the districts, mostly on EU but some of the NA districts are also missing. We are working to solve this issue. Thank you all for your patience. Selali
  22. The change to no threat segregation is a temporary thing till we get all the district servers in the correct places. The districts still have the normal matchmaking in place, they don't use the Open Conflict systems. There is no plans to unban players who were banned for dethreating at this time.
  23. Hello everyone, A new patch is going up onto the Live servers for PC. This patch will be happening on Wednesday 12/11/2019. Patch will start at 9 AM UTC and will last for up to 8 hours. Consoles (Both XboxOne and PS4) will also have a smaller maintenance during this time. Patch Notes: We have fixed the bug which previously kept us from being able to release the Blood Moon Preset bundle. This bundle will be available on ARMAS starting on December 11th. CHANGES/FIXES Fixed a bug where the OCA-SD and Whisper variants didn’t have the correct stats after our OCA balance changes. Reverted the Showstopper’s stats to previously live stats after the incorrect stats got pushed to live districts. Fixed a bug related to the unreleased Blood Moon Presets.
  24. The problem was that the change to the damage was pushed to live but the change to the scaling damage per projectile is still there so its actually much weaker in non-prototype districts than it is in the test districts. It will be fixed in the next build to go live.
  25. Hey everyone, We are dropping the price of the Old Glory in ARMAS to 1999 G1C for Character Lifetime and 2399 G1C for Account Lifetime. Anyone who has already purchased this item, in the last 2 days, will be refunded the difference. Support is already aware of who has purchased the item and is already in the process of doing the refunds. This price drop is to bring the weapon closer in line to the price balance that was done to ARMAS previously. Thank you! Selali
