  2. Those are Achievements and are actually there, they're just hidden. Already known about.
  3. The purple pumpkins aren't particularly well hidden. Also only the Demoness items are preset, everything else is customizable.
  4. Afaik there's a plan for this. Shouldn't be a huge issue this year unlike last year. Look man, that engine upgrade isn't going to finish itself!
  5. Basically nailed it. The "thing" with making clothing for APB is that you have to hit a good balance between being plain and having some designed elements. Another thing is that season items are generally supposed to be specific. The only "annoying" thing on these pants is the pentagram baked into the metal elements but that's what makes them Halloween themed as well. LO hasn't abandoned the idea of super basic clothing, it's just that these are seasonal items so they're going to be seasonal themed. Also note that LO is still learning how APB clothing works so don't be surprised if stuff is weird or janky.
  6. The point he was making was that being arrested increases the time it takes to get to respawn, by sitting you out of a mission as you wait to either be freed or to actually get moved to spawn screen. It's an indirect increase.
  7. Flak Jacket also reduces the damage taken for stamina as well. It reduces all explosion damage so so you literally couldn't be instantly stunned unless it did an absurd amount of stamina damage. This also means Stun Grenades can't insta stun you and the OPGL CD doesn't hit as hard.
  8. It would actually be a cool idea but it would require the current system to be changed a bit. I think you lose the ability to sprint after like 800 points of stamina damage. Insanely high for any weapon in a single shot imo.
  9. It really doesn't. It tries to be a CQB gun with its good mobile accuracy but its high min TTK, slow marksmen movement and slow bloom recovery imply its more of a Marksmen type of gun, which it also kinda fails at. It's a gun that is just "ugh" to use as a result of this mixmash of classes. Both it and the AR-97 are both the bottom of the AR class since they are just not competitive or clunky in a fun way like the SG-21.
  10. You see how these are all zeros? That states that it does absolutely nothing. Here's Pistol Silencer for reference. It has Type -73 and -79 which also have Multiplier/Add values. Type 0 is Null and doesn't do anything. The effects of the silencer are integrated in the weapon stats. This is why the OCA SD is broken along with the Whisper, but the Whisper has actual different stats besides the silencer.
  11. Probably plans for this knowing how absolutely railed the games weapon system is. Still irked that there's like 20 different SMGs statistically since the SMG Silencer doesn't do anything.
  12. It is transparent. Weapon skins offer no benefits in the slightest. Glow skins give a bit of a disadvantage but the graphics are messed up enough that that isn't much of a thing.
  13. Whisper and OCA SD stats should be fixed in the next patch. Random guess though, i only know they know about it. Anyways JOKER SQUAD UP!
  14. Not really. You seemed to not get the example was entirely centered around Marksmen Movement speed, which the COBR-A has one of the slowest. All in all, the COBR-A does not know what it really wants to be or where it want's to go. It's more of a Median AR if anything but its jank as all hell.
  15. A min TTK boost is not going to help anyone. That's straight up not how the STAR works or what it's about. Its a starter gun, its meant to show you how gun mechanics work. Until a 0.75 TTK becomes the high end of the AR class, there's zero need or reason to buff the STARs TTK. Perfectly fine as it is. Hard disagree here. The LCR does what it does cause its meant to have more of a P2W aspect to it, much like the OCA Whisper. Buffing the marksmen movement speed would be breaking the classes weapon consistency as the "general" (N-tec, STAR, S1-FA) AR type has a 175cm/s speed. The more "Marksmen" themed ARs (COBR-A, AR-97) have a much slower marksmen speed of 139cm/s. The "CQB" themed ARs (ACES R, Raptor 45, ATAC,) have 225cm/s or greater.
  16. The SNR 850 is neither boring or easy to use(though its far from hard to use, but there's a reason its no longer the starter secondary). Also not sure what getting kills has to do with a gun being boring. Boring is more about how something handles, not how good it is. Sure the Rapier is fast and gets you from point A to B quick, but its a boring vehicle to drive. Same with the Growl, Pioneer, Vegas. They all lack interesting character, just like the STAR because its meant to do a bit of everything. And while yes, you can apply other mods to other guns, that doesn't instantly make them perform the same as the STAR with mods. They're all different and that's part of the point. Yes there are better guns than the STAR, does that mean the STAR is bad? No. Very few people think the STAR is bad, its just boring and not interesting. Certainly not as easy as the ATAC or Raptor 45 either, its an introductory gun. FAR is marketed as an improvement on the STAR, but it plays more like an N-TEC 5 than a STAR. Trainees getting kills has to do with them being trainees in the first place, not what gun they use. A player with 0 seconds of exposure to APB is going to perform the same with pretty much every primary and exposing them to the ATAC is the farthest thing from helping them get better at the game.
  17. I would absolutely LOVE to see someone, and i mean ANYONE, remake the symbol used on these sets in a day even. Using only a single symbol. As for the harnesses, there's currently more important work being done.
  18. That's the funny thing about the STAR, it's not used because its kinda boring and easy to use. If you ever actually used a 3 slot and modded it up, it would kick patootie pretty often. Until ARs suddenly start getting better, the STAR is perfectly fine as is. Basically doing its job.
  19. All you really need is shadow play and you can use blender to scrub through the footage. Simple and free. But yeah, the biggest issues with APB is the fact that hitboxes often lag behind players. Usually why you die just after you get to cover. Shots can also seem to lag behind resulting in you getting kills mid reload. Its a very weird game.
  20. They're mostly the same but APB is not tuned AT ALL for console aiming. On PC semi-auto weapons pretty much dominate across the board, save for the n-tec. Console is a spray an pray fest since its easier. Probably once the new engine has settled I'll try and push LO to give console controls some love, idk.
  21. Reading is hard for some people i guess. My statement was saying that there's no point in buffing semi-auto pistols to counter automatic pistols when automatic pistols suck to begin with.
  22. Neither the N-FA or S-AS PDW are strong in battle. You seriously have to spray and pray with the N-FA and the PDW is seriously meh as a secondary. The Mounties are also nothing to write home about, the UL-3's are probably the only decent auto-pistols. So there really is no point in buffing the other secondaries. Machine Pistols in APB have mostly always sucked.
  23. Exact same gun so the change should just apply anyways. Didn't actually get a chance to test it.
