  1. 1v1 with no targets moving doesn't really tell the player much. Having tested it prior, im more curious to see how it handles in an actual life fire scenario than in some shooting range one.

  3. That's a typo that nobody picked up on. The RFP-9 on LIVE is currently 1.05ttk with a drop off starting at 40m. Always was.
  4. I can't say the SNR is trash, but there was a lot of words about the R-2 being tossed at LO. Maybe one day.
  5. Not really. It's only problem right now is that it's too accurate from the hip. I can see most other CQC secondaries beating it now. Good luck hitting something at 60m though, lol.
  6. Sometimes but in this case nothing else has changed. Reducing the damage and upping the range. Also, what isn't mentioned is that the large and medium supply boxes remove inventory access. So you can't change anything from them anymore.
  7. They didn't need to. Only the range and damage were adjusted. Any other changes would've been mentioned.
  8. I feel like everyone is ignoring the damage nerf and just focusing on the range buff. The RFP is now 4 bursts to kill, not 3. So it has a longer ttk
  9. If you don't have the xbox chat pad, nope. I would definitely hit up a store and buy a cheap USB keyboard though.
  10. That function is still there. If you have a USB keyboard, plug it into your Xbox and use the - or = keys to zoom in/out. All the PC keybinds are there and they also work with a chat pad. Once done you can just forget about it, game saves it like normal.
  11. You can use Wayback Machine to view old stuff. It's otherwise pretty much gone.
  12. They changed the Ursus to follow the "scoped rifles" drop off, so they actually both use the same curve.
  13. Although I'm not sure on the full details. If they have character customization data carried over, nothing at all should happen to it. I'm assuming this is under the context of you buying the kit for your account and making him the car, not buying the kit on his account for him somehow.
  14. I was referring to the teams at LO that do stuff. Plenty of people just lump them all in together. Not sure if they still do, but last i recall they didn't accept videos or clips of "cheating" since it was never really definitive proof of someone hacking. Not counting situations where people go full blatant and are snapping all over the place or aiming at the ground and consistently hitting every shot on you. As far as i know of its a investigation process and is determined by an actual human. Odds are if you think someone is macroing and they've been around for 9 months, they're probably a not macroing. It's not hard to max rof or persistently time your shots.

  16. Although obviously the "nothing" from RP has left a bad taste. The "nothing" from LO is seriously just them actually working hard to make the game better. Currently there's just a learning process on their part for the new content they've been making (Not RIOT in particular FYI).
  17. Im 90% sure that he was referring to how the items are rigged. Texture space and layout are a non-issue with converting things, its just a rebuilding process. Afaik APB does not have clothing physics so Charlotte's skirt and Sofia's coat are just not possible with the current character rigging system. La Rocha's gun will also probably never appear simply because of what it is.

  19. It was more because it was a very complex item and wouldn't work at all on a player character. The jiggly bits you see on it when she turns around are actual hard coded animation, not actual physics since APB doesn't support clothing physics.
  20. There was custom code for weather i think but it was limited to stuff like Overcast and Foggy as i recall.
  21. In general. Its really low poly and kinda oddly proportioned.
