I understand the JT - PR thing but it simply convolutes everything with how it is. Misc labels: PR = PReset, Basically everything but unique mods like Legendary weapons and Silencers. JT = This is just to denote the weapon is from the Joker store and how many slots. Personally i think the JT tag should have the number removed and tacked onto items sold via the JT store to denote its a JT item. SD = This denotes the weapon has a preset silencer mod. The Exception to this is the DMR SD for balancing reasons. Slot counts: R&D I-III = Somatic and Agrotech slot naming convention. Nol/Adeen/ Dvah = Nekrova slot naming convention. NFCP 1-3 = Obeya slot naming convention. Mk 1-3 = Colby slot naming convention. 940/1040/1140 = Is Joker Gun Works slot naming convention. It changes per gun but the idea is either an addition number that scales with slots (Carbine SR 115-415) or the first number scaling up with slot counts. The slot count naming conventions should appear on any weapon with an open slot(s). So for example a STAR 556 with a preset mod, a silencer, and an open mod slot should read as STAR 556 SD R&D I PR1 or similar. In my opinion weapon names are a part of lore and not having a weapon names be consistent with each other just makes things look strange as well as adding confusion. Would also be nice if all weapons had proper names, like N-HCSMG 9 'Norsemen' Adeen or N-HC 9 Adeen 'Hoenir', Colby RSG 10 'Showstopper'. Stuff like that. I get its not as important as stuff like the Engine upgrade but it would definitely spice up how things look.

Not sure why those would change at all. It's possible that if LO furthers Dynamic Lighting that it might but majority of stuff is a direct port from LIVE, as is. -
Not sure what's gotten into you but the NFAS wasn't as good as it currently is. Also the RFP was actually buffed a few years ago which is why people are suddenly using it. Everyone knows about the DMRs range buff but its not viable under 85m where most gameplay happens. People start suddenly using shit cause a patch buffs it, not cause they're late to a party m80.

engine upgrade effect on multicore cpu's
SkittyM replied to Kylegrey2's topic in General Discussion Archive
Afaik, Ryzen 7 CPUs performed worse at 1080p and better at 4k. Idk if this is still true however. -

Wonder what they talked about. Probably legal stuff. Either way as was said before, APB on UE4 is happening and is quite a ways off. Probably see quite a few recycled assets but i would guess it should be more inline with plans RTW had than current APB. -
Not a bad idea but there's just no incentive to play RIOT until next "season". I hope that with what they've been learning about APBs systems they'll actually make some unique RIOT exclusive clothing or kits. If they can even make RIOT a game mode worth playing for more than a single week.

Constitution applies to the government, not private business. Should hit up a library every once in a while.

Title is supposed to be sent out tomorrow, not today.

Oh man i remember those videos. Result of some art student who doesn't understand gameplay. good times. -
Should've been paying attention, lol. It tells you what you're redeeming and what character to put it on before you actually redeem it.

3D glasses were always an event reward but if you don't have an issue dropping like $150 on KTTW, you can get them account wide. You can give the code to someone else if you don't have an issue with that. Probably trade it for a legendary if you can manage that as well. Seems like a good majority got 3D Glasses.

I don't know how it makes the game look worse when it actually cleans up the jaggies a lot. The only problem with it is that it's not really optimized, but on my hardware (x2 1070/R7 1800X) the impact isn't noticeable. Does vary on setup. The only OTHER issue it creates is random green artifacts on NPC edges. Otherwise the feature does work and does what its supposed to do, its just really old and dated. Don't think games even use 8x AA anymore, usually jumps to either Nvidia's or AMD's forms of AA after 4x. -

Current APB has AA? Nobody uses it cause it's unoptimized But it has 2x and 4x i think. Depending on hardware i think you can get 8x too. Idr but 2x and 4x for sure. -
What happened to account bound clothing?
SkittyM replied to Xnetexe's topic in General Discussion Archive
Other than like 4 packs, all of that seems to have been lost. They still work under legacy if you bought them beforehand. 50% off sale anyways and all the Apocalypse clothing is 50 cents each so if you buy now, its not a big loss. -
Kinda my point with that. Everyone wants them but once you get them you rather quickly realize how "meh" they are and just never use them ever again. I think it's just cause of what the item is, could get more mileage out of the tin foil hat than the glasses me thinks.

That actually made me laugh cause it was true. Idk why but winning the 3D Glasses felt like winning dirt though. Like you're glad you won something but then its just a weird smack in the face.
