I just started playing this game right in the middle of all the crazy downtimes n' stuff, and I was planning on buying Commander as soon as everything was stable again, but this works even better. To use the code go to Fallen Earth marketplace. Log in using your email and password for your account. Up in the right hand corner you should see 'Redeem Code'. zootie 10 Posted June 10, 2019 Is this restricted to certain customers? I've been resubbed for several months, and the code does not work for me. "Your code was not found". I also had an anniversary gift code (shirt) and it worked. I would provide a screenshot but apparently you have to jump through some hoops with this forum software.
