I saw a couple of times in the game exactly such slicks on the machines and thought that they come in the kit as a reinstall .

You've chosen to ignore content by Yood presets unlock from contact the info is all there however, this is not the case. the presets don't have those designs. neither the ones from contacts, nor the ones from armas.
