Honestly, APB needs to change drastically if people want it to turn profit again. Unreal 3.5 isn't going to be that drastic change.

No it isn't... but it's a step in the right direction to closing the easily modified and manipulated game code.... and slowing down the hackfest the game has been in for years now with outdated, and well known code.
