I’m really excited to dive into the Epidemic gamemode! It sounds intense, with three corporations fighting to spread their virus and take control of San Paro. The idea of turning citizens into zombies and battling for domination adds a whole new level of chaos, and I can’t wait to experience it firsthand. It’s been a while since Epidemic was last seen, and it feels like the perfect time to jump back in and see which virus will come out on top. Ready to see how it all unfolds!

Interesting, a recoil buff for one of my favorite guns. Wonder how much of an actual effect the buff gives the weapon. The damage increase doesn't boost it to 6 STK, but it does potentially give it a few extra meters of effective range... not that it really needs that, the gun is best at short to mid range anyways (nice boost for plinking tho).

Dev Note: The recent rework to the ISSR-A has landed extremely well but we do think it is over performing in some aspects so we are lowering its Hard Damage to be more in line with other Assault Rifles.

Could ya'll please stop removing (and ideally return) the literal defining feature and purpose of usage for the ISSR series weapons? There's no reason to use the ISSRs anymore thanks to this shit.

Dev Note: These changes intend to move the Harbinger out of its currently awkward spot between the Act-44 and RSA by reducing its range and doubling down on its fast firing close range capabilities making it much more efficient in close range whilst allowing it to be a decent mid range choice up to 50 meters.

Back to the dumpster it goes. Harbinger being usable was nice while it lasted, but-

Hey Little Orbit !
We need explanation on how LO works ?

 

You have everything to succeed but you don't do it, you do it in such a bad way, that we even wonder if you ever liked playing a video game?

You brought a lot of fixes: OK it's a very good thing the game is back!
 

But let's talk about the pendemic mode?

The trailer:
- You take the time to make a trailer, why not put a good music without copyright instead of putting a loading song? (the song is legendary only for loading screen.)
- You take the time to put title animations, why not detail to explain how your Event works?

Result: The trailer is ugly, we don't understand and doesn't make us want to (yet the idea is great)
 

The Menu:
- You made the effort to enlarge the event box to complete the menu, why not modify the image that corresponds instead of leaving the old one very pixelated and stretched? you made an image of the epidemic mod! it could very well match and make you want to play?

-You put your ugly and incomprehensible video on 15 fps to replace the loading, why not just put an image to explain your event?

Result: The menu is ugly and does not make you want to play your event
 

The Event:
- The idea of making a zone war is an excellent event idea, but you do not understand that APB is a complex game to play for old players who have left, and a pain for new players, why make such a complicated gameplay without any tutorial apart from your ridiculous post on steam that no one watches anymore?

Too many negative points:
- The maps are big for few players.
- conquering an area with a Barril is really a bad idea
it does not help the conquest, it is long and painful, no fun.
- Having to go back to a camp to get a barrel is once again a bad idea, it makes the gameplay too slow! we are not Amazon delivery men!
- The end game? we don't understand why it's there? half the map doesn't even realize it, no changes to be able to protect yourself, it's a no man's land, but without explosives because you just have to rush in a car with a barrel to win.
- unrewarding reward system, have you put a reward system in the form of a JT reward? it's completely absurd to wait 3 to 4 hours to do a single activity to progress? where is the farm? where is the contact increase? there is none.

Result: I spend more time writing in the chat to explain to the player how the mod works than actually playing, there is no explanation, and even with the steam tutorial, the gameplay is so complex and inconsistent that we don't want to learn how to play it, it's slow, boring, and if we manage to find an enemy other than in the central park, it's not bad but why do it? we don't win anything anyway, we'll have to come back later to play 1 game for our contact reward.
 

Lots of solutions to counter this bad Event!
The system of 3 teams and territories are very innovative!
- Conquer the territory by a simple capture point?
(much longer to promote team fights but at least we wage war, simple and effective)
- Reach 100% the game simply stops.
- add decor to the maps for halloween? burning buildings or dead trees? because that's the Halloween atmosphere and financial is too seen to have fun on a Halloween night...
- Make a basic reward system, with a contact to farm, without reward delays, just a quota to farm, to play and replay the event, like for all the other events finally...
- add a small tutorial on the screen before launching a game, small because the event will be simple, not your steam 2.0 tutorial released from an engineering plan

- Make a video in GOOD QUALITY, with music that AMBIENCE, we want hypes!
- replace the loading screen only with a decor of the same theme as the original game?
- change the thumbnail of the home menu?
 

With that I think we can have fun?

There is nothing complicated in all this and you know how to do it, so do it because we still believe in you.
