Manic is also a very good counter to OCA. I personaly like to use ACES rifle over oca cuz its more accurate. Ofc if you get caught vs OCA, u r screwed up. Well dont get caught. Ez as that. This game is all about taking an advantage of your position considering the weapon you use. If you feel more confortable rushing, catching ppl and taking it close and personal, take OCA. Jeeeeez guys, WHAT THE FUCK!! 1

That buff they did a while back was just like "Huh? Why?". OCA was always good.

Compared to the PMG it also has very fast ttk but it still has some randomness with hitting bullits in and out of marks man mode. So yeah Whisper is better then any qcq weapon and it's range is 15-20 meters . Compared to the PMG you need luck to get a fast ttk like the OCA.

Seriously... the oca was already perfectly balanced imo, the incredible ease of use was offset by merely having an average ttk additionally the oca’s out-of-nowhere buff threw the rest of the cqc balance out of wack, since it now offers the same ttk as “hard to use” guns (tommy gun, aces smg, etc) but retains the ease of use that these guns don’t have Edited July 11, 2018 by BXNNXD typo 2
