9/29 Maintenance Announcement

Hello everyone,

 

We have our usual server maintenance this week on Wednesday 9/29/2021. The maintenance is scheduled to start at 9 AM UTC and will last up to 6 hours. Console will have normal maintenance starting at 9 AM UTC as well. 

 

This post is cross-referenced in Game Updates for your convenience.

-Remove the R195 limit on mods that have it (or make it restricted R85)

-Make low-yield & bricks s a grenade role unlock instead of contact unlock

-Give people who earned the respective lvl 16 weapon role the ability to purchase (free) 3 slot character permanent weapon

-Buff crouch movement speed and make consumables a permanent modification.

-Remove car spawner and remote detonator, make CA3 default regen and rename CA2 to Clotting Agent (remove CA1) and adjust other green mods accordingly

-Make all cars be able to hit the max speed of the game before it starts crashing (or whatever the arbitrary limit is that you've set)

-Buff Scout/OBIR/HVR standing accuracy to 100% (as per the thread in the suggestion forums)

 

 

 

oh, and less rng/bloom and higher ttk, pls LO))

might as well farm 10k jt or 5-10 mil for ursus than go for that. It'll only help the golds who have it unlocked.

Other than waiting for an event or forever grinding FC for jt store. How about as criminal or enforcer when u level up the first faction to half way u get a character perm. Star 556 2 slot and 3 days premium code activateable whenever in redeem code armas and then when u lvl up the 2nd faction to half way u get an nfa-9 barrakuda character perm. ( the mag cap 1) and the three days premium again aforementioned. This'll ensure the tutorial/ new persons stick around after the one hour they spend online getting rekt by golds before leaving. Ensure them something in deciding/starting the 50+ hours grind. And premium might not always be here so this ensures they have access and if they decide to buy, get a lowered price in armas.

Change consumables to mods with a cooldown, like they should've been in the first place.

They cant load even Social properly in this new 2.2 version.Now imagine it with 100+ players.Now imagine the big maps full with players shootin,explosions etc.Final release-2077 and beyond...

better than nothing.....i remember back in 2015 a star 556 was ur start and ending weapon f2p edition maybe an ntec no slot if u chose right. definitely dont miss the 1928798160 or whatever market prices on legendaries.....(thank you again LO, if i didnt say it....XD) 

but at least u would have a gun u could put mods on early game....don't underestimate a star 556 with cj3 🙂

A server maintenance and a patch are two distinctly different things.

The STAR needs mods to do what the N-TEC can do without mods. When you finally unlock the slotted STARs, you've also unlocked the slotted N-TECs. Unlocking a STAR 1 or 2 slot before the N-TECs would help balance things early game.

All this maintenance and yet you still haven't fixed the bad routing on your side since the first server move.

Exactly. In balance as it should be....doubt anyone would fuss over the two slot var. Hopefully.

Tell us you have no fucking clue how the internet works, without telling us you have no fucking clue how the internet works.

 

LO has no control over data routing. You have a problem, take it up with your ISP.

It's not a patch, it's maintenance. Maintenance happens every week to make sure the servers run properly, not that complicated

LO has no control over data routing. You have a problem, take it up with your ISP.

Running Tracert to the address APB connects to shows the connection is fine. In game /latencytest shows issues between the last hop and the district IP address. DSLReport A+ for buffer bloat and ping. Other games don't have issues.

 

Its within the server provider's network or the district servers themselves. There were similar issues with G1's anti ddos protection. Could still be it if LO is using the same service.

Still... if no one else has the same issues, you gotta assume its a you problem.

Most players don't know /latencytest exists. If they started playing after the server merge they would assume it's normal. You also have tons of players from outside of NA with 200+ ping so they wouldn't notice the difference of 100ms or less between shots hitting.
