Contact rewards not showing up since latest patch

I do not know whether the rewards are still being given out when you rank them up

Update: I made a throwaway character to rank up a contact named Veronika Lee and unlocked the stock PMG she's supposed to give out at rank two, therefore making this merely a visual UI bug

I have a similar but different problem entirely. I have completed all my supposedly "daily" tasks over the last few weeks but they never reset for me. So now they are all done but just remain as completed.

@yood he made it to check if rewards are displayed properly on new character or its only 1 character bug which it isnt cause i have the same thing over all my accounts
