whats up witht hat "dark bloom" at my feet and the pedestrians feet? and that fresno? Being online just one minute and thinsg seem to be differently and worse everytime.

These shings are there singe long time, you can get that Bloom appearing on the entire character if you want, just position better the camera angles and you will see it.

I don't know if it's intentional, but i don't like it that much honestly.

 

As for the Fresno wheels, well.. haha, also this been there since years.

I remember that glitch with the tires. it used to make me bounce like a low rider with hydros on.
