If your GTX 750Ti is the 2GB version, it is the reason why your FPS is dropping over time. A problem is APB caches all the player texture data which can be a lot if you join a mission district with players coming / going. The GFX RAM slowly gets used by APB and for some reason it seems to never clear the GFX Ram. It's a game engine design flaw that also needs looking into. The more GFX RAM you have the longer your FPS will sustain above 60.

If your IP address has been the same since 1 month ago then perhaps it is being blocked. By powering down the internet connection / modem for a considerable time it may change you IP address. Unless you know for sure, it can sometimes help. Make a note of your external IP, try the power down and see if you get a new one. If you do and are still blocked you will have to go through support.

Wait for a bit, turn off your internet connection / power down the router / modem and give it 1 hour. Might be an ISP issue, network routing issue or the DDoS protection / APB servers. Before you try again restart your PC too.

Hello, Do you have any other information that might help resolve the issue? Whilst a lot of issues exist there are also a lot of people playing without any noticeable difference in terms of current standards vs previously. If they play the game and have no issues it is hard for them to relate, so sometimes it is better to provide solid feedback.

NP, most people with nvidia drivers have a later PhysX version installed, this casues the APB old version not to install (detects a newer version). For APB to run it needs some of the older files so the game crashes. An old installation issue that needs to be fixed @Androvald

Hello, In the nvidia control panel under the help menu, there is an option "Debug mode" When enabled it is suppose to run the card and nvidia's reference clock speeds, disables all overclocking features. Give it a try and see what happens.

Hello, Can you remove the nvidia physx version that is installed as part of your nvidia driver. (programs and features / remove). Once done, install the physx version found in the APB folder. Eg: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\APB Reloaded\TPI\PhysX And see what happens.

Hello, So far I feel like there is a delay with the hitreg, when you kill someone and they continue running for a short period before dropping. Same goes for high fire rate weapons, seem to be using a lot more ammo just to kill.

Hello, In the other post you mentioned this file "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\rlls.dll". being blocked. What anti virus software are you using and can you scan the rlls.dll to see what happens. This may be some kind of spyware / virus. Try to delete the rlls.dll file. If you cannot or Windows states the file is in use, it may be part of a program / process running <again spywayre. All suggestions are towards the newer version of APB (engine upgrade) as Little Orbit have mentioned no improvements / additions will be coming to the game in its current state.

Make all districts open, have matchmaking applied but threat hidden. Now people will not be able to assume you are gold, silver, bronze, green and just play. Seen silvers genuinely beat golds, seen bronzes outsmart golds and only if such players would apply themselves without thinking so much the game would be a better place. Not saying all vs all, implying that sometimes your mind can restrict your abilities and deter you from trying.
