There's no one using my internet, just me... i'm using a wired connection. No matter what i change this problem keeps persisting. On topic: The packet loss spikes are back again. This is honestly the most frustrating thing ever... there's no other game that does this. It's impossible to play like this.

Not much you can do, this game will always run inconsistently even on mid range gaming pcs...

I had the same problem, even made a thread about it, it's a really random issue... it just resolved by itself

Seems like the issue resolved itself for now... really strange. The only thing i did was unninstall my headset's drivers and a program called voicemeter but i doubt those were the main factors causing the issue. Will update this thread if something else is identified.

Hello, i have this weird issue where i'm getting packet losses that spike all the way to 50.00+ for whatever reason..., ping is fine but the packet loss is 0.00 for a moment and then randomly spikes causing everything to lag out. It isn't my internet's fault, every other game is fine except APB. I've tried pretty much everything, re-installing ethernet drivers, reseting my router, restarting my computer, etc. Funfact: Uninstalling the game completely fixed it temporarily, i was able to play on fightclub for roughly an hour without any issues but then the issue reappeared mid way through randomly... Any ideas? The game's just not playable like this, it absolutely ruins my desire to even attempt to play it.

JG is fine but i really dislike how the pellet spread works, it's too random at times... CSG is a lot more consistent.

Just add in more in-game GMS, report and ban these intentional griefers for a week, if they reroll, detect their ip... if it matches with their banned account, extend their ban time and the problem will solve itself not entirely but sufficiently (I don't see anyone going through the trouble of changing their ip's/using vpn just for the sake of griefing alone unless they're severely "special") , there's no need to make cars transparent or anything along those lines, it just makes the game feel more empty.

Good weapon that rewards a good player, that is all. Leave it alone.

Congrats, you just proved how much of a physiological shield the /report command is. We don't even know if that command even worked previously as it proved pretty much useless countless times...

Do you happen to use Advanced System Care? That program modified my registry and made my computer 10-15% slower with their "performance tweaks", games stuttered all over the place. Their so called "registry cleanup" or "registry defrag" is a joke. Never using a program like that ever again. (Just a warning for anyone else who might use it)

There shouldn't be any emphasis on a gun being easy or hard to use depending on a player's skill, this isn't a MOBA, APB has amazing pvp because how the skill gap varies from player to player. Problem with percs is how cheap they are to finish someone off or remove them from a fight entirely, saying you can easily avoid a perc is highly subjective because scenarios are different every time, anyone who has a brain can easily make a perc unavoidable with minimalistic effort while using grenades with countdown to cook have to be extremely precise, not to mention your opponent has enough time to think while your grenade cooks, that's the beauty of APB, every single second matter, and remember, not all of us are R195 to use Flak Jacket, if they removed rank requirements on character and weapon modifications then sure, we wouldn't even be having this discussion. Stop making the game more casual for christ sake...

Remove percs entirely, leave the PIG alone.
