I think around $100k-200k for APB but way more for whole company (G1) - probably around 1 mln $ and i'm not even joking. While game got bad reputation, it's still a lot of work of some people and usable piece of software. And company is trademark on it's own + all it's achievements.

Every mission in which opposition have to hold item as final objective. Either it ends up in barricading yourself in some place or with people running around map in car with car surfers and explosives weapon/anti-vehicle weapon. Fucking annoying and there usually little time to get them too.

I played couple of "heroes" games where capes were wide-spread and what I noticed in them is that all this capes or dingly objects attached to character could visibly slow down game in some conditions. I mean game needs to show cape as animated object. Bah... I can imagine what it would do near explosion. Breaking game even more than special effects. I'm not against customization but adding shit onto shit makes APB runs even worse.

"Weeee. I want money back because I spent it back then when it cost real life currency and basically paid to unlock full access to it on my account. Now when it becomes free, i want my payback because everyone gonna have it now as lease. Weeeee!" What you expect... that it will be free permanent ATAC for everyone? In the "worst" case it will become lease for 10 days for in-game currency like OSCAR became.

You know 20% tax is already taken from sale price already? Right? But in that case it's only money sink... nobody needs that virtual money and especially not LO (I mean... they can spawn billions themselves and mess up economy of APB if they want). You took out strange example... I didn't. I mean if he wants that vegas with kit... It won't hurt to get 125% of car price. I mean he already got 100%, it just matter of time.

First of all... why would new player have everything from start? I grinded my way to "endgame" in pains. That's what game is about to. You want item, you grind and grind until you can afford it... what's so hard in understanding that? We all work on this rules and endgame players don't have money from nowhere either. Also money sink is needed on everything but as I said the most punished market by market tax is car one. Legendaries and all man-made or low price things don't suffer from it. P.S. You can view car if it's on sale in Marketplace...

I guess you are inspired by consoles? Also it wouldn't stop dethreaters... at all. They would still abuse system and be even less visible. I like ranks for one sole reason - to compare chances - that's what they are about.

Yeah. Cars are one of the worst selling item on marketplace - nobody who earns money from marketplace even consider them. Good way to earn money although are themes, symbols and clothing. They don't cost anything (in case of clothing almost anything) and can be very easily manipulated a lot of variants. With cars creating something unique is tricky as you are pretty much limited to shape of car provided + kits.

I was in OBT just after new threat system was put in APB so I don't have much personal opinion about it. I only heard although that old threat system was pretty horrible and unjust, heavily win/loss match based (such tendency leads to abuses and unjust rank assignments) and overall... old threat system ranks look pretty disgusting to me (I love new threat system icons honestly... plus they represent standing).

You could also farm tickets from FC. Even if you didn't want to do a lot of struggle - being average player you can get silver rewards on both FCs (although on Asylum ultra quick as it's money earned based) rather quickly and you know... 400 jt is 400 jt. Just spend 4-5 more hours once per week and it would speed up your progress.

Well If they are obtainable by lease you mean, i'm fully agreeing with that. If you mean that they should be obtainable permantely, there is major problem with that concept. The main reason I started spending money on game was because I was forced to if I wanted permantely have weapon I wanted. That is CR-5. I forced myself to buy that but I was looking for way (I was newbie then) to get it otherwise. Nothing found so spent my money on game that way. Then it started. Now I think other can relate to me there... Why would I spend money if alternative is free? That's main problem of making everything avaliable. It's not such trap cycle. You can always choose free alternatives... most of game weapons are reskins. There are few weapons who don't have free alternatives but they are... you guessed it... in JD for sale. Also this Joker Tickets not only serve to buy weapons but items and even weapon skins now. Vegas 4x4 4 slot is most notable. Joker Tickets was probably only good concept left after G1. And it served well to community I think. That's not entirely true. Also trade system isn't implemented yet but one of many suggestion was to tax it as well when it comes to money. That way money is lost anyway... if you either trade legendary losing value by legendary demand (like lower price of said legendary) or by putting standard 20% money tax on monetary transactions. Also I wanted to add that symbols, vehicles or mods most likely wouldn't be unaffected by inflation... but legendaries on other hand would get so huge prices... that any newbie coming into that game call it P2W quickly, which is complete opposite to what you want.

It's not like server infrastcture been "fixed" by G1 for few years with no real results. You wanna instant results from LO. Seriously though... I blame engine for server problems.

If you mean economy where you spend APB$ for items - In my opinion tax should remain. After all you got a lot of ways to earn that money and not so much to lose it. The only one outside marketplace are ammo resupplies and car respawns (i don't count purchasing items from contact because it's obtaining item for fixed value - you lose nothing in economy). If we would remove market tax from marketplace I guarantee you that in 2 years we would be like economy of Venezuela. Inflation would sky-rocket. Legendary which cost 1 mln $, would cost 100 mln $. Who loses in all of that? YOU! Why? Because you need to grind more money to get the same item you would get for less money back then. You prefer losing 20% of tax and have balanced although chaotic and heavily player-influenced economy... or still the same model with everyone being millionares so prices becomes billions? I would agree for marketplace tax decrease... at least to test it. But i expect inflation anyway. We need alternative money sink, otherwise this idea is null and will bring even more chaos into APB.

I don't think it's needed. Every player was disconnected around 15:30 in Citadel (at least... i'm not aware of status of other district but probably went the same as character selection screen disconnected shortly after around 15:40). Seems it was massive chain server crash.

Why not Armored Engine or Fireproofing? I mean... I would get as much away from vehicle if I would get witnessed as possible. It's usually first thing which is blown up if they witness you. (Trust me, witnessing enforcer here.).

I just hope they don't ouright reset progress tho. It was work of years and if I had to do it all over again... I would just give up.
