I reported two players for their ahegao avatars, they said they will look into it and locked the tickets I know of a few players that have the same type of avatars on the forums, as well as in the game. I even reported people with lewd names and clan names in the game.

All these pros using shaders/crosshair, who cares let them get caught. I know I have reported some kids on stream using customized cross hairs, through editing the files.
