Max level? Max level is infinite. BDO has no hard level cap. Now, they soft level cap by only releasing monsters that only give X amount of XP. But if you could figure out how to bot it, you could grind infinitely in BDO.

I liked BDO. I feel they got crafting right. The graphics are good, but in the end, it's an Asian MMO. Any of them, prepare for a GRIND... Like... It makes hitting R255 look like a good warm up.

But I doubt CS:GO, WoW, or PUBG get DDoS'ed like APB.... Plus, it's kind of unfair to make that kind of comparison. Multi-Million (and Billion) dollar companies vs one that had to sell itself to another, because they couldn't make ends meet. Also, it's hard to "prevent" a DDoS attack from having impact on your servers. Why? Because a DDoS attack is doing what servers do. Making connections. That's it. It's sending, basically, the minimal data to get the server to go, "Oh... Hi there, friend!" and then leave. Over... And over... And over again. Tens of thousands of times. This is why you have such terrible connections. It takes up bandwidth, and server processing power. I wonder how much LO got GamersFirst for......

Servers run on a static IP. So you'll always have the IP address.Then, you rent a BotNet for a couple bucks... Bam! DDoSed.
