Yeah, I think that goes over the rules just a bit. Mainly cause it still maintains the shape rather than an actual underwear bulge that would be fine. Rules are nipples are fine, but no genitals or strictly/overtly sexual acts.

That's what most people never realise and why the HVR is so disgusting. The crowd control ability is just unmatched by anything else. The ability to just remove a single person from the fight for 17 seconds with a single click is HUGE. And in a game like APB that 17 seconds can be way worse than just dying instead.

I mean. When I get hit for 850 damage it feels hard and I might as well just have got one shot anyway. In some cases getting hit with 850 damage can be even worse than just straight up dying.

Maybe we should stop trying to balance the HVR and just delete it?

Since we are now nerfing non-weapons. I think we should nerf the ammo supply box use timer from 30 seconds to 29 seconds to allow more counter play. Also lets never go back to one shot concs. Those were cancer days.

Na. .45 feels pretty balanced around having no mods. A lot of the secondaries are.

It's fine. It is defs a strong weapon but that is mainly because it can do well without much effort.

Car spawners and people spawning in them affect the natural spawns given to you.
