its always possible i did the math wrong, or i used the wrong ca3 numbers scout shoots you - 450hp after 1.6s ca3 kicks in and you get 60hp - 510hp 1s passes, you get another 60hp, and you can survive another scout shot - 570hp so basically you have 2.6s from the initial shot to tag an enemy again, but 1.75s (or 1.63s with cj3) is taken up by the bolt timer

so split the peak NA pop of 300 (being generous) into two groups of 150, and then add maybe 100 people to the SA server? orbit would end up with SA server being a copy of current NA server (250-300 peaks, basically dead) and an empty NA server (150 peak, actually dead) they'd now be paying for an extra regional server as well doesn't seem like a good investment to me

ok first off that's not a triangle, because increased damage partially removes the downside of decreased health any mod that increases damage is horrible for balance because it means everything in the game essentially needs 2 versions - one that works with "standard" damage and one that works with increased damage then increased damage becomes mandatory, because why would you ever voluntarily do less damage?
