  1. Maybe a moderator can merge this thread to the older one?
  2. Fenton's heart is so big that we can all fit in.
  3. Not all Russians are the same. Just some of them decide not to be pleasant and talk in their language publicly, making them look like all Russians are rude, while they aren't.
  4. Amen! Although I want game population to get a boost, if everybody go to the RIOT districts, what will remain for us that enjoy missions? I want to have fun playing, but LO is trying to push us to RIOT no matter what, because there will be the new item rewards and the most of the population. Instead of fixing matchmaking, RIOT is going to cripple it (for mission districts). Either the above will happen, either I am wrong, RIOT will fail and things will fall back quickly to the bad state they are now. I see no future...
  5. As long as threat level is visible, there will be dethreaters. Hiding the threat level will make matchmaking more fair as the threat level calculated by the game will be closer to the truth.
  6. It's been already said by Matt Scott that the threat system will be reworked. Probably threat will stop been visible and when phasing system comes, there will be better matchmaking pool to compliment any changes in the threat system. Something tells me that you don't follow closely what Matt is saying.

  8. Was planning to get on the streets and do missions, hoping that cheaters wouldn't find time to adapt to EAC, but then I thought that mission districts would be empty because of RIOT districts. Maybe I'll grab some clanmates and do what they're doing...
  9. Sure, post Russian in forum too. Because district chat wasn't enough.
  10. For me RIOT shouldn't be first priority. EAC & Unreal Engine 3.5 should be instead. But I am not the one calling the shots.
  11. Just give them a break. They are trying to do it right. Bad surprises happen. I am sure Nekrova migration can wait a bit longer.
  12. Aren't you the same person that was bragging that you had 9 wins mission streak?
  13. Ha! How about a defeat streak? I am easily making more than 9 defeat streak when I play on silver districts, without any effort (and I am trying to win)!
  14. You mean that I can click the graph at the peak time and it will update the table below for that time?
  15. Jericho peeks at around 250 players, are they all lurking at social? https://will.io/apb/
  16. Then you admit that G1 and LO are not the same. Thank you @CatInTuxedo7.
  17. G1 had people from the community, beta testing the new engine? Interesting, I didn't know that.
  18. It's not ready. I would love to see a screenshot too, but if it's not ready yet, they better not rush it. They had problems because of the move. For 5 days they couldn't react to tickets. Give them a break.
  19. What I believe is that in a few months from now, engine update will be a reality, phasing will be here, matchmaking will be fixed, population will bloom. Then we will look back in this thread and people from both sides of the argument will laugh at it. Patience! Good things are coming!
  20. For me, people waiting in a mission for opposition, are hindering the (already broken) matchmaking system from doing its job. Maybe if they stop doing it, they will solve the problem they are causing by themselves.
  21. Yes, you're right, I've mistaken the following as an invalid question/suggestion, my bad: Should they kick/move to social district players that are loitering in a " Action district " (Financial/Waterfront)?
  22. How so? What exactly defines loitering and how will the game be able to detect them automatically? He asks a question / makes a suggestion that by default cannot be implemented. That makes it an invalid suggestion.
  23. Back to the topic: This thread's subject is a moot point from the beginning. At first I thought it would be ok to joke about it and lighten up the mood, but unfortunately, people took this forum thread too seriously, and even moderators had to step in. We are a small community that is getting smaller every day. Stop bickering to each other, become friends and coexist. The poll's question is about kicking those that are loitering action districts: What exactly defines loitering? Racing? Smashing stores and stealing from pedestrians? Hunting bounties? Working towards daily Joker ticket objectives that require you to deliver cars or run over a high amount of pedestrians? RPing? How will the game be able to detect them automatically? What guarantees, even if such a mechanism is built in the game, that the space that will be made to the district by kicking them, will be filled by people that will be entered in the next mission with them? Either the original poster didn't think it through, either his intentions are different, and his goal is not such a mechanism to be implemented, but to masquerade his displease about the actions of specific individuals that he doesn't approve.
  24. Well, I liked your design. Your viewers/friends were right. @Intake, the female version is lovely, although too military for my tastes!
