There was also the old G1 saying, Cheating is like pregnancy, you are either cheating or your not. Still though, cheating is still pretty bad on the european servers. At least we are seeing that something is being done. I played a game against a couple of well known cheaters last night. I felt really really bad for my partner, who was telling me that this game depresses him with the cheating. He then wen AFK for a bit, and returned with cheats on himself. Started taking out the other team with his Obir. He said, what else was he to do :-/ The worst part about cheating, its not just to gain an edge, its to destroy.

I think its a good idea. I really think there should be more emphasis put on driving missions.

I would be for this, as long as it cant be modded off.

Number 2 is prbably the best Hairstyle simply because you can make multiple styles with it.

I always remember APB being ahead of the game for hair as you could actually style your hair, determine its length/ height or even shape. This was not happning in other games at the time and was a bit of a game changer. But as time has gone on, people have gotten better at designing clothes etc.... A lot of the hairstyles just dont really cut it anymore. No pun intended. Some of the hairs are so geometric, they look terrible. They are essentially triangles sticking out of your head. For long hair, you only really have 1 option if you are female. No options for male. ( some medium lengths ) I have seen some people actually draw fringes and hair on the head itself which looks good in certain lighting. I dont know how feasable it would be to get some sort of update here or if it bothers people??

I promise you that you will lose the case. Just by your post alone can justify intent to cause fraud, not to mention tell other people how to do it. If you did have a lawyer he would now tell you to be quiet, delete everything you posted.

Well its more words before dropping the hammer and cutting it out with a zero tolerance approach. The big issue as to what happened with cheating was it became "the norm" to cheat in the game. Nobody was talking about it because you were not allowed talk about it. It seemed hackusating became a bigger crime then the cheating itself. Also because it became "the norm" to cheat, the people who have been banned, instead of holding their hands up and saying "you got me" Are feeling entitled and trying to fight it. I started a thread about eyeballing cheaters, since its done in professional sports so why not in a old computer game?? I was attacked for this suggestion. Imagine being personally attacked for asking to ban cheaters that are obviosly cheating. This is because cheaters started to outnumber normal players, it created a little economy outside of the game in which players were selling their "undetected macros" Creating new cheaters. Cheaters are now allowed to operate out in the open with the only repercussion being a hackusation. (and recent bannings) There were no alerts that players are being banned. The only way we know that players are being banned are the posts from the cheaters crying about it. There absolutly no feedback to its normal customers about bannings or any recognition about what has been going on. New players come on and get stomped, somebody tells them that they need cheats and point them in the right direction and tell them that LO doesnt ban players simply because it all gets swept under the carpet. So it looks like there are no bannings at all. Also if you are banned for cheating, you dont deserve a reason why. But existing players who play the game properly do disserve some sort of feedback so they know that something is being done. It does alleviate some of the stress knowing that a player will lose his account soon after he cheats his way through games over and over again for months and months at a time.

Step 1: you are making their customers quit in which they can now counter sue you for loss of earnings and future loss of earnings. Not to mention its also possible to sue for revenue loss for cheating since there is data to show that cheating has a negative impact on population/revenue. If you share cheats further incriminates you to which the potential financial loss increases. Step 5: initiate a charge back, by purposly getting yourself banned is considered fraud, in which again they can counter sue for legal fees and time and work spent on fighting the case. The fact that you initiate the charge essentially is setting yourself up for a big fall. Its like breaking into sombodys house, trashing it and sueing them because you stubbed your toe on their table. Best of luck with that.... I hope you have a very very good lawer, which i expect you wouldnt because a very very good lawyer would run a mile from this.

Or just put out a statement that Macro's ends now. From now on there is a zero tolarance when it comes to Macros. If you continue, you will be banned.

I liked it because you could flip another car over. Maybe if the consentrated on the car game a bit more, people would be less reliable on aim.

Dont forget the Obir. It suddenly became popular over night ..... But the Handguns are the most annoying and should have been nerfed a long time ago due to the macros.

Isnt the coding supposed to be like a bowl of spagetti. If they fix 1 thing and then half the playerbase automatically go bald and are missing a shoe....

You say you know all the players on APB down to their family life.... Yet you clearly know nothing of the game and how bad its become in terms of cheating in the past 2 years, or maybe you just turned a blind eye to it for some reason..... ? Why didnt you demand answers from LO when cheating reached an all time high. Why did you come back to the forums after a year, only to defend other players who have been band??? Why should LO listen to your demands for answers when it is absolutely nothing to do with you.

I have been pretty good. I have had the odd instance in which my desktop randomly pops up. But it only happens a couple of times an evening. no more alt tabbing on spawns.

Thats what it is. I think they are trying to push LO into a response, by making up nonsense. For the past year they were not even closeting. They were Out and Proud and wanted the world to know. Macro handguns, going to town with their Obirs. Just steamrolling new players on a daily basis.

being positive is a difficult task with this game. To see players who have been cheating for such a long time get banned made me happy. At the same time i see the combined efforts to undermine EAC and LO on this forum ,Twitch and other platforms. It actually makes me sad that we lost so many players to something so stupid, such as cheating. These combinded efforts would have made a pretty decent not cheating clan.

I dont think it was VPN's causing the bans. Maybe it was Clara....

But they already gave statements on Cheats , Community Standards and Griefing. How do you know dozens of players that have been banned. All the players i know are still playing .......

If its who i am thinking of, he should have been banned a long time ago.

The fact is, about 95% of games now have cheaters. If you want to win, best hope is the cheater on your team is better then the cheater on their team. When it comes to "legit" players. All the legit players i know, have never ever been false banned going on 10 years. Anytime i have heard players talking about false bans, they are just trying to save face or create doubt in the system. Also how do we know there is a "WAVE" multiple people in the same circles getting banned?? I wonder why that is...

I dont know, its like banning weed from professional sports simply because it masks the real cheat.
