One thing RTW never took into account when making their game is it having a low playerbase. So now that APB may never have a high player base it needs to be considered in this game's future. Playing both EU and NA I see the same issues in both. I like the idea of there being 2 vip's one on each side because it will be a bit more dynamic than the same fucking 1 side defends 1 side attacks shit that every mission does. I mean when you think about it APB missions as a whole are really flawed because they are all just reskins of Attack and Defend with no innovation or way to spice it up outside of fight club.

PMG needed a nerf to be better aligned with the oca but all they did was switch it so now the OCA is the meta and the pmg is still good, but not as.

Giving your opinion is illegal idk why they buffed the oca and nerfed the pmg oca was fine but the result of it's nerf is part of the reason the pmg became so strong. So why buff one but nerf the other?

That is what I suggested, would make for more fun gameplay if both teams had to defend and attack, would also make it so no one can just camp an area. Also rotating the vip mid objective could make it less frustrating. Like a message appears: YOU ARE THE NEXT VIP GET READY IN: then a count down a moment of invincibility to get away and prevent you from getting immediately killed. And to balance the invincibility just disallow the next vip to shoot during that small window of invincibility. But if LO are uncomfortable with trying to make a change like this, just remove VIP missions cause they just slow down gameplay at make it frustrating. Sounds like fun to me coach

True id rather the be killed by a nhvr 95m away cause thats the point of snipers. Something i should make clear, when i say it happens it doesn't happen all the time. No need to be toxic.

I suppose the biggest worry would be changing the rare weapons. I dont own one, but imagine finally getting that ultra rare FFA R&D lll then they nerf it. Of course unless they plan to add those weapons to the JT store.

Kinda dumb that it has the potential to out shoot an nhvr at range tho. I mean it IS a sniper. If it got any sort of nerf id only like to see a more aggressive curve nerf so that it cant out shoot a normal hvr at ~90-100m UNLESS the hvr misses a shot. Like at ~90-100m it kills in the same amount of time as an nhvr with cj3. Otherwise its a nice counter to the ursus

Turn apb into an RTS, move your criminals across san paro. Cant use macros if the ai is shooting for you.

Im happy that they are looking again. I was very upset at the anniversary live stream when matt said the weapon balance was in a better place. Then we got no balance changes since then. So as a nice little kick in the butt towards a more balanced game. This is a good direction

Oca buff and jcarbine buff were stupid decisions both were fine Can the cobra get a buff? Not a huge one, dont buff the max bloom but maybe make it take a little tiny bit more for it to reach max bloom plz thx

I know I am not alone when I say that VIP has to be one of THE worst objectives to participate in. I don't feel like listing all the reasons as to why these objectives are unenjoyable. But 1 would be they take way to long to complete. Being the VIP, protecting the VIP, attacking the VIP none of these roles are fun to be put in. The only thing VIP missions are good for is promoting team work but they usually don't pan out that way on either side (either your team is good at working together or the enemy is) Every time VIP missions are brought up in district chat most people agree that these are one of the worst. I think the definitive reason would be the gameplay just gets slowed down too much. But if I were to suggest an alternative: Instead of 1 static VIP have the VIP change after the previous died, but don't make it an instant switch. Give the VIP defenders a heads up who is going to be next and then 5-10 seconds after the previous VIP dies make the change. Another problem with VIP is the fact that only 1 person on the VIP has to die while the opposing team looses lives for everyone. Why not make the VIP missions fight club style? Have 2 on each side so teams have to attack and defend. Just some ideas, would appreciate others input on the matter. But I for one would not cry if VIP missions were removed.

If they do add this to the game replacing sprinting functionality would be a no go. But perhaps have it be an emote? So you press the hotkey unequip your gun and skate at the same speed as sprinting. -
I skimmed the list so if i missed these things being on there sorry: more gasmasks cleaner suits (like pest control or painter garments) you know the if they made tails in this game they would sell like hot cakes.

Imagine a new player becomes gold and no longer has the ability to play in their preferred district, their options are: improve Stop playing altogether Suffer until you become silver again or accelerate that process by Dethreating APB is now my most played title at 1k hours and I understand that people dethreat to get more balanced matches. The whole threat system only works well if the playerbase is high. In NA's case having 1 full server for both silver and bronze districts is rare these days. One of the things this new engine is going to address is how districts are made. It won't be a static B/S/G district system anymore but a system where all you have to do is play on the map you want and theoretically you should get good games. I made a post similar to this a while back. It's one of the many things you're going to have to suffer through until LO can get this engine up and running and hopefully a bigger player base. Another part is balance but lets hope this Wednesday will but bandaids on this game's booboos

Yea, but most people who play this game don't have the mental capacity to have civil conversations and instead just want to tell you you're wrong or roast the shit out of you to support their ego.

If LO wanted to have APB to have proper hitboxes every character would have to be the same size, Height would have to be the same for everyone, weight sliders would also have to be removed or toned down so its either skinny or thicc I have thought since everyone's feet are generally in the same location make feet-shin damage be less than upper body. Maybe make getting shot in the back deal more damage.
