  1. I think it would be fine if it increased the ttk further. a 18% increase to .7 is only like .8? or so I didn't think the ntec would be firing almost 70m with the change. It was fine at first with the 7m and 18%/21%, but with 12m it's broken due to reach. A range for snipers, obeya, and obir 65m+ is now impeded by ntecs. No long range weapon can kill that fast. The ranges should be decreased or the ttk increase boosted higher for better balance. If you want to reach out to 70m with a gun its ttk should be at least .9 obeya stops at 60m and has .84 Obir is 1.2 and stops at 60 but has 3 shot up to ~70m IR3 should increase the TTK similarly so that close to mid weapons can get further ranges, BUT also gains similar ttk to weapons within those ranges.

  3. If you read the patch notes they plan on buffing the LCR in place of em, and maybe now they can touch the temptress.

  6. I mean, i'm sure it would be, however it I think it would be picked up much much slower than an aimbot. I've still seen a few players that have god like 6th senses where they can't be flanked let alone get anywhere near them without them "knowing". Going to flank? Too bad they got in a vehicle and drove away 30m and is now facing your corner in marksman mode, oh perfect pregrenade, every time, try flanking and get behind him? Pop from the corner and instantly firing at you every... time. Luckily it's only one or two players like that but it's still dumb af.

  9. The Conc one is sort of like a mobile car destroyer, i think it's meant to hit fast moving cars. Hammer could use a good rework, though i think it should be impact after ~10m, rather than the ~15m. The Kickback is somewhat of a low yield launcher and is rather effective, if its radius is decreased i'd be fine with increasing its travel speed a little but it's more or less meant to touch roughly 50m so that smaller radius is kinda a hard hit on it due to its distance to travel.

  11. Yeah i'm 100% sure that a lot of issues are from the customization load on the servers. Enter an empty district or one with low customization on it with vehicles and players aka low ranks, and you won't lag as much as one full of high customization max ranks. Been like this forever too, so hopefully they can fix it.

It's fine if it doesn't work on some weapons, heavy barrel isn't used much on any weapon (it used to be used on NTEC a lot before its damage got nerfed slightly) but that's about it unless you heavy barrel 3 a DMR for stun fun. I think it would be interesting if improved rifling effected shotguns by closing the shotgun spread slightly, but decreasing damage a little bit (specifically for shotguns). That way the range and accuracy is there, but the damage is less, though it would have to be after the shotgun changes go through to see how it effects them. The RoF change is interesting, i'd have to get on OTW to test it fully but i feel that ~21% for 7m is a bit much. ~10-15% may bring it in line better, making ntec ~.77 rather than ~.84 (if my estimates are right) for close range, and it still would cause the ttk to go up a little bit more at range due to normal ttk increasing. At ~21% on any rifle it would be horrible to use it in cqc where a lot of combat happens, and most cqc weapons with a ttk more than ~.8 aren't used much and don't handle very well in that niche already. (looking at you Norse Series and Strife). If there's 3 levels of it 5/10/15% may be a better option if it feels too harsh. It's nice to see it's getting a rework though
  13. I agree, ~10% max would be fine i'd think, "maybe" 15% but still feels like pushing it. That way it's not like OCA CJ3 levels but its still a bit slower.
  14. CSG should be good up to 12? ish meters? 8 for sure 2 shot, maybe 10 not 18. Strife should be roughly 15m-20m though for its 1.25 ttk which is roughly 3 shots. Shotguns could use some more tweaks but i hope its good.
  15. it is indeed a bad one, you ever crouch behind cover and get sniped because it doesnt fully cover you where your head is? Now imagine that with increased damage for headshots.
  16. The only "cheaters" i've seen of late would have only been wallhacking. I don't think i've seen an aimbot.
  17. I wouldn't be opposed to tweaking these two mods, but I feel that there are bigger balance issues than IR3 and 3PS3. and i would agree.
  18. Each contact offers different missions i heard, however I often feel that it's more or less based on the day. I've gotten days where i get the same mission 5x out of 8 missions, and then other times where its fewer. I do believe contact pledging does effect it though.
  19. gears is fun but its sooo horrible with 1 shot kill shotguns rushing 15 shot kill rifles xDDDD
