Kevlar 3 Needs Buff

 i dont get why people complain about kevlar 3 so much, in its current state it is underpowered compared to "easymode" mods like clotting agent. ive been pairing percussions grenades with kevlar which rewards high accuracy and fast reaction time. right now people just call it "noob loadout" because they dont understand how much skill it actually takes to win fights with it. if anything kevlar 3 + percussions should be considered an ON TOP tier strategy because of how hard it is since you need a lot of game sense and positioning to use it, its actually one of the highest skill loadouts in the game if you think about it. kevlar 3 deserves a serious buff, either reduce the speed penalty or make it give more health maybe +40% at a minimum. this would actually help it compete in the current meta where most tournament level players use ntec and .45 combo using fragile or clotting agent.

Kevlar 3 is good at it's current state, no need to buff anything ^_^

Kevlar + LMG makes meta players seethe. which means it's fun to play

But it's already exhausting enough to play against so don't touch it.

Hate to say it, but I totally agree with the 'clown'.

I think K3 makes you run way too slow for what it is, its not a Bomb suit. 

None of the K 1,2,3 are worth wearing, n if ya have 3 on, you get maybe one extra shot or two if its a smaller gun, but mostly one more shot till 

you're dead, i have no clue how or if you heal after the fact if wearing kev. 

  Kevlar doesn't work that way in real life, unless you hit the same spot more than once. 

The kevlar will continue to take rounds in other areas without harm, more than a bruise, and it could knock ya down, knock the wind out of ya. 

but u wont be dead. It should be both buffed and the run speed penalty reduced. 

 In comparison to running fragile which puts at about 85% of health, meaning one good sniper takes you out. but smaller guns

you get again one shot and you'll live, to compare with kev 3 where u would get the same one extra shot taken from a small gun or a sniper. 

I mean your kev models should give much more to k 1,2 to be worth anything, and k3 should be very sturdy. 

It should stop 2 or more high power rounds, 3,4 rounds of smaller guns, it should also stop an equal amount of damage taken 

by frag type nades. And you need to rebuff or unnerf the perc's effect on stamina.

People don't like surprises. Kevlar is one of them. Something like: - Haha, I'm the great father of the game, now I'm going to kill this noob with my AP45 pistol. A noob kills the father of the game. The father of the game looks at the characteristics of the noob, trying to justify himself in losing. And here it is! Saving excuse - Kevlar 3. The father of the game is justified, the noob has heard many new words about his close relatives. Classic.
