Our server provider is currently performing an unannounced migration that we were not informed about in advance. As a result, services are temporarily affected.

 

At this time, we do not have an ETA for when their migration will be completed.

 

We understand this is frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. We will share any updates as soon as we receive more information.

Honestly, it’s looking like this issue is going to last at least another day, if not a week—and in the worst-case scenario, we might be dealing with it for close to a month. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but this feels like either a hacker threat or the server provider is facing some pretty serious technical problems.

Taking into account Emily's message about what happened, a migration can take a long time, if we consider the amount of data that this means and possibly APB AND FE are not the only games in which they offer this service.

Least we know that they've addressed us. Before we wouldn't hear anything til 2 weeks later. Thank you! The bright side is all those go hards have to go outside.

It feels like sitting in the waiting room at the dealership, watching the clock tick by while my car is being fixed or detailed—knowing it’s being worked on but having no control over how long it’ll take.

I had logged onto the NA server yesterday Thursday 3/6,

and noticed that all Districts were West Coast.

 

Any plans on spinning up East Coast Districts,

or will those be offline for now, and any timeline as to when those East Coast Districts will be available ?
