Yes, the PMG was too good compared to the OCA at the time, but that TTK increase should have been halved. Without a doubt, the CAP40 needs some updating. Better way to do it would be to: ACES SMG for extreme close range. OCA for close range. PMG for medium close range. CAP40 for long close range.
