Caisey, sure, if they make it a significantly different mesh that's fine, but otherwise it's kinda' dumb. As to you Cooky, that's the opposite of the way it should be TBH, people should be able to get an FFA III stats-wise without putting in much effort, and the model should be the rare thing. It also has more downsides, and said downsides are very not good for the OBIR. You can use RS3 on the OBIR and have it work, but it's not really optimal.
