Because you need to increase the damage for all other weapons too.

If the full automatic Ntec Sniper can keep its damage stats.

 

Increase the NHVR Damage to 1000 to compensate. Ntec have much higher TTK then Sniper weapons.

why would you need to buff damage of every weapon?

 

all assault rifles (except the lcr) have an effective range of 45-50m, the hvr has 90m

Ntec is fine, making jumpshotting no more a valid option for close ranges, make it less fun   more balanced, forcing player to (delay+) quickswichting cqc secondaries, or just taking though the choice of  switching more to other weapons second of mission/ location.

Because "other weapons" (kinda 80/ 90% of alls...) need a freaking rework or little fix/buff for being in pair with the other meta weapons.

 

On decent hands, Ntec is the king of medium range or sort of jack of all trades weapon, "it can replace all the weapons easily" but at the same time it doesnt excel in nothing.

 

 

Issra is a interesting weapon, but with a too slow fire rate for AR and weak stats, range, and also lose quite substantially its antivehicle ability.

 

just change to another weapon and stop being a Removed Insulting ~@mayii going around with kevlar 3, what do you except happen every time you are in open field?, or better I guess you have already see the results...

Uh NO. HVR is already OP as is. There have been many problems over the yrs with it in its current state and compared to other snipers it dominates the field. All snipers except the HVR have fall off so at 100 m your doing the same damage as you are at 10 m. At long range the NTEC has fall off so it will do much less damage then the HVR.

all snipers have a standardized damage drop off of 90m, the hvr falls to almost 500 hp damage at 100m
