I've gone to every length with this support team. ##60333## I've sent tickets in their previous ticket system, tickets in the new one, Tweeted Matt and the gamersfirst team, and posted on the forums to get a reply to my support ticket This is getting F*****g Ridiculous now. I've been locked out of my account because the "Password has expired" and i've sent in support tickets to get this fixed. From the first Response i received it has now been 10months of waiting for the support team to change my F*****G email. This is beyond a joke at this point and the Devs should be held accountable for this.

EasyAntiCheat has blocked me forever. 4 attempts to file an appeal ended with the removal of the appeal without explanation. The response time was about a week. My account was saved thanks to a general amnesty. The developers have lost my trust and I have refused any donat. -

Ok so I did have the light kit and other on the male, and I know this because armas will not let me buy said items 'saying I already have it'. But after removing lights from all cars, still cannot put one on the Male's Mirage However the Female didn't have the light kit. So out of good faith I got her a Mirage and full light kit. Mind you she is only cop3, and for her 3 of the lights were unlocked, and the first basic bumper lights unlocked. Also got two new outfit bundles, beings they are account wide. this post is just for info for the Dev/GM -

We'll be doing a quick round of Hotfixes tomorrow morning. Until then do not expect the Account-wide ARMAS versions of the clothing bundles to be purchasable as well as the Mirage Police lights being locked. I was wondering how long it takes for support to respond. I lost access to my old account due to the email being closed down and now I can't do the mandatory password reset. How long has everyone been waiting for support to respond?

Hey Guys, Thank you for responding when i posted here the other week. But i feel like posting here is the only way that i get my ticket answered, because once i responded, i've been ignored for another week. I'm not sure if this is due to me responding directly back to the email or not but it's getting insanely frustrating.. I need my characters from the Jericho Server... I need my steam account Personal information removed. - Azukii to have either it's email changed or the password reset because it's expired. The character are in the Jehrico Server: RoarkittyRoar & MeowKittyMeow this is now month 9 that i've been unable to access the game... Ticket ## 60333 ##

There was no time to see anything, a giant hud Welcoming me, then the red warning that I was out of bounds, with a 3 second countdown to my death where i flopped dead on the Deck. I suppose under other circumstances it would have been funny. Had I lived long enough to see anything -

@MageLO Hey I think it's broken, when switching characters it booted me saying account in use by another. Then I get back in, and All the districts are gone, I try to reboot game and the launcher will not run. launcher repaired and i was able to log in, but got a server down error. -
When will they fix the second chance ban wave if those logging to the trade banned accounts? or never

Hello, I wanted to buy the oscar and i putted in my acc 15$ when i ended all it says payment unseccesful so i tryed it again and it says the same did it one more time and it says the same i fell something weird so i enterd my bank account and i see my bank is down 45$ and didnt get no g1c what can i do i submitted a ticket already but all my money are gone

there is big difference between 'total active players and total player accounts -
idk, that is something I can see LO actually enforcing. pleb gets upset that silver wont fight, they record and submit their issue to support and then support goes and looks at the account and sees it's stats... believe it or not, ban. i can see many apb players, even cheaters, using support to get people banned for not vs'ing. APB players are a different breed.

1) No. 2) No. 3) Lmao. Trust me bud, you're in the same boat as the majority as the rest of the playerbase. We wish APB could be something greater. But LO is in a sinking ship they can't repair and they're 300 miles from the nearest drydock. But they're also too arrogant or too far gone to seek help or funding from someone who actually has the capability. They very clearly dont have it. I guarantee the team working on APB is in the single digits at this point, and the amount of actual DEVS is likely below 5 and probably working on other projects at the same time as well in order to just keep money flowing through the company. LO's majority problems are that they have: 1) No process - They have zero development process. No progress has been made. In the last what, 6 years, all they've done is upgraded APB to 64-bit so it stops crashing when it hits the RAM limit, and introduced a half-busted vehicle and some guns that Gamersfirst had already mostly completely but stuffed in some depths of the files. Oh, and removed Joker Boxes because the EU (and later the US) made buyable lootboxes illegal lol 2) No foreseeable future - Because of #1, there is no foreseeable future for this game. They're going to have an extremely tough time finding any investors for this game without putting a ton of time into a genuinely thorough and viable partnership roadmap and development plan. They claim they're working on an anticheat and Cross District Matchmaking, but I've seen absolutely zero progress reports on either of these in months. We have no information on anything, nobody tells us anything, there's no communication anywhere. 3) No standing ground - They have no ground to stand on. The game is 14 years old and crumbling beneath them. The playerbase was crumbling beneath them for years, and then, in a desperate attempt to salvage whatever they had left, decided to unban probably thousands of accounts (mine included). However, (contrary to what they said), this also included probably hundreds if not thousands of known cheaters who are now running around Jericho and Citadel blatantly aimbotting like there's no tomorrow and actively ruining everyone's time because THERES NO ANTICHEAT AT ALL. Great job LO, fantastic work, really though that one through, did ya? 4) No viable method of achieving success alone - As I stated, their staff is likely down to single digits, and they're probably bottoming out on funding as it is. From what I've managed to gather, their customer support team is down to TWO people, who have to deal with a 3rd party support system and a 14 year old game, that's gotta be a fun time lmao, $5 says they're both on antidepressants, I probably would be too in their position. The company has no viable method of bringing this game to any sort of viable life status without outside help, whether they like it or not. They've made jack shit for progress on their own. All those years of work on the "Engine Update" is effectively null and void and could've been spent literally just rebuilding the game from the ground up in UE4 and then upgrading to 5 when that came out. Anyway, thats my rant lol. -

I don't blame you. I have reported a few blatant cheaters, with evidence from their own youtube and twitch channels. They eventually got banned. Then Little Orbit decides to unban them. Why waste more time reporting if they're going to get their accounts back?
