  5. Hello everyone! Down below you will find APB Maintenance schedule for this week starting 7/16. The maintenance is for both PC and consoles. Monday 7/16 starting at 9am UTC/2am PDT We will be performing an extended maintenance lasting 8 hours on Citadel and Nekrova for all platforms. Tuesday 7/17 starting at 9am UTC/2am PDT We will be performing an extended maintenance lasting 8 hours on Jericho for all platforms. During this maintenance, we will also be preforming the weekly restart of the Han server. Both of these maintenance are for background network changes.

    Merged 10 threads. Please try not to spam the social is the servers are down that belongs under Bugs and Tech issues. Also moved it there. Servers are currently on the mitigation.

    Hello everyone, I will be using this thread to inform you guys when we have the servers on the mitigation. Citadel, Nekrova, and Jericho are currently on the Mitigation.
  10. We do both of these things. There is no need to make a thread about it. Keep in mind that also when mitigation is on players can experience the lag. We have a team that is not on the forums as well. Edit: I will be locking this thread so that players don't spam it.
  11. They send me this stuff directly. Not sure why they told you to contact support. Edit: Talked to my TGMs and they said they misunderstood what you meant, they had a lot of whispers and players contacting them. I do apologize for that!

  15. It all depends with how OP wants to play :) maybe they don't want to hide the chat, that's the only reason why I said that. @Dahel You can't do that anymore? o.o
  16. Depending how bad it is some can come off as harrassment. If you feel like this is happening feel free to contact our support regarding it.

    Hello everyone, I just wanted to inform everyone that our IT is checking the issues with the Citadel/Nekrova world. I really do apologize for the inconvenience everyone is having. As soon as the issue is solved. I will be updating you guys about it.
