they nerfed the snipers so they went to financial again They just need to start events to make people play on both districts

I think that's what we have now. Ever since 2010 i see ntec,hvr,oca and carbine. You always see your opponents rocking those. Sometimes you find an obir or obeya but now that we got so many new toys to play with "OHH THE NTEC, OHH MY HVR DAMAGE IS BS, OH THIS OH THAT" I don't see a problem with this patch except the shotgun ranges that could be reduced(which is better now on OTW) and the strife that can't 1shot fragile users no more(unless you got percs ofc)

That plus getting a second gun for dirt cheap. Gifting a friend the character bound then "upgrading" to the account bound for a small fee was a big problem I imagine. oh that was an issue for ages bro. So even tho i do love gifting a lot it's best for them to fix it, and then maybe enable it again in the future

And that's the problem. Most people don't want to try out OTW and give their feedbacks and then complains. Even if we(that do try and give our feedbacks and suggestions/idea's) there are still gonna be those who will complain that never tested OTW, when it goes live -.- coming soon :v

Will "Mitigation" be off today? or will us Jericho players will have to warp for another 7days and hope it stops the next maintenance on August 22th 2018?

Shredder has never been popular; probably a small portion of the active playerbase even own one. I know I wouldn't buy it just because it's flavor of the week, just to see it nerfed. If Reloaded still ran things then maybe, cuz it could take them years to fix. Years to milk*

I know about all of them, because i tested all myself and gave my feedbacks And ofcourse you have this as well for bugreports but not everyone use this section https://forums.gamersfirst.com/forum/84-otw-bug-reports/ But Back to my point i still don't see most of the names that were complaining on seperate posts after the patch was live, in those posts. But anyways It happend they will fix it and we just got to wait

I'm going to correct you because you're wrong, I saw a lot of people testing during the last update, and on several occasions districts were full because of the stress test, just off the top of my head in Baylan testing alone, I saw Devais, Kemp, Shini, Frosi, Bung, Cookie, myself, Snubnose, Uqe, and several other people, and we all gave our feedback on the changes (and overwhelmingly were in agreement with one another) K so my question is, from all the negative feedbacks from those who DID try OTW, why was the update "rushed" to live? How many people DID actually give their feedbacks? How many of them are negative and how many of them are positive? Because 80% of people that complained about the patch i havnt seen a single feedback from them

there are a lot of people asking why I've been asking that myself for ages. Only thing i can think of is that maybe they are still under contract with IBM Softlayers and can't break the contract(which makes no sense because your service is shit) Second, maybe the servers are good, LO just need's better configuration. Which i also remember one time Matt said that they even went to ask help from other MMO game companies. I'm not sure tbh. Maybe they are paying for what their budget can afford because good servers aint cheap for a game with its current population
