honestly i think LO are doing a great job. they're pro-active, i'm seeing gms in districts regularly, they're engaging with us, they're working on content, they're making changes, they're doing everything right. i know we're a whiney community but that doesn't mean we aren't appreciative too. there's going to be some bumps along the way, some of the changes won't be agreeable and will be catastrophic but LO needs to tweak and play to learn and get things right and we understand this and will be forgiving, i will anyway can't speak for everyone ofc but i assume most feel the same the last changes were bad but they're changes at least and i'm sure they'll keep tweaking and fixing it until it's right. the lags etc is just the shitty g1 servers they're still stuck with i think it'll take time to fix that while keeping the game up and running in the meanwhile and a lot of the problems in that regard will be solved with engine upgrade, optimized coding etc. as for cheaters i've only seen 2 in.. like 3 months? any 'cheaters' you see rn are probably not cheaters, they just feel cheaty. its just some guns are broken at the minute so if you're getting sniped by a shotgun etc it feels like you're getting aimbotted but you're not, just a bad patch

it was funny at first the sniper rifle shotguns. but i can't believe it's taking this long to fix why hasn't it yet? come on matt it was funny for a day or two but practical joke is going too far now turn the shotguns back into shotguns please we already have sniper rifles.

this i do agree with. i have like 6 pages of armas leases i'll never use.. maybe there should be a way for the system to check which guns you already have and not give you those guns.

they are pretty glitchy rn. LO has a big job on their hands though so i won't complain. they clearly have put all their passion into APB and there's gonna be some bumpy roads here and there but i have faith they'll figure it out. lol when i first started playin the servers were so glitchy i thought it was my gpu i took it out of my case to clean it put it back in but apb was still borked so i reinstalled drivers before realising it was just the servers bc others were having same problems with skipping all over the place. apb's one of those weird games where you cant tell if its the servers or your comp. g1 really left it in a mess huh

my theory is because of all teh people complaining about HVR they decided to turn the JG into a HVR. idk if turning the shredder into a long range shaw was an accidental byproduct or what i mean its kinda funny watching people sniping with shotguns but come on why isn't it fixed already, it gets old

that's pretty funny. i've never seen wasp in apb didnt know they were here? i've met them on other games though they're usually cool.

idk anythin about programming so can't really refute you i'll leave that to more experienced peeps, i just remember i think it was tiggs that said its just the engine thats easily exploitable and engine upgrade would solve the injectable problem. as for OP idk. game feels so cheaty rn. almost every match it feels like people are cheating. but they're not. it's weird. pretty sure TTK and guns are just broken and game feels more glitchy than usual. like guns are firing weird but you're dying quicker than the guns are shooting you i can't put my finger on it. i understand why people think there's so many hackers, but i don't think there actually are any hackers atm. or very very few. i'm only a lowbie tho so can't really trust my judgement. but in the months i played i'm sure i've only met 2 hackers, they were really obvious one was speedhacking running faster than a vegas calling everyone a soyboy and the other was snapping all spazzy like all over the place and following everyone like 300m away from objective even if you hid they'd just pop up. i've only seen 2 players like that. everyone else all the 'cheaters' now i think are just dethreater golds using broken guns and ttk is too fast so it just feels like autoaim but its not.

ya this. tbh the only prob with ranking up is the gold pandemic plaguing bronze, they deliberately go there just to spite us bronze race and other newbies stopping us from getting any points in missions. which can be fixed by fixing matchmaking so then getting points wont be an issue anymore. when matches are fair i think the points are pretty balanced.

tbh game would get boring quicker without the "grind". it's not really a grind anyway. you just.. play and you.. rank up gradually. if you're not finding it fun to rank up then idk i guess you're playing the wrong kinda game for you? what fun would it be getting max rank from a t in just a couple of hours or whatever you want. i think a big problem with our generation is people are just so impatient and zombiefied now they want everything instantly without any effort or work "gibs me dat for free"

they are tho. they're only 99g1c each. if you dont win just play again. i've won plenty enough. if win rates were any higher there'd be no point to them it loses value. honestly its basic economics 101. what you're proposing is an elementary example of a bad business model, there's no sustainability. for 99g1c you get plenty for your money. whether it be a super car or 2 weeks premium or whatever. when you buy a jmb you gamble, that's what it is. have you ever seen people win jackpots in casinos all the time every hour every day? they'd go out of business.. for the price of 99g1c i get some cool guns to try out when i'm bored or a cool car or premium which is cool and maybe the odd legendary and thats 99g1c i've spent on keeping the servers alive so win all around. people are just too entitled i think and want everything for free without understanding how economics work. it's not wasting your money, it's you keeping the lights on. and in return you get cool stuff now and again.

i'm a gambler irl so it mebbe different to me but i find just the playing satisfying enough. i've got cars and a few legendaries out of them but i never use them or just sell them cheap on marketplace when i do anyway as i'd never use them. dunno why i play them.. plus the free premium you get sometimes is nice enough and worth it. you gotta think about the long term sustainability. if you hit the jackpot all the time then nobody would ever need to buy them as everyone would have everything they want right? not a good model to make a profit to keep the servers running is it i do understand it's frustrating not winning tho i've never won the lottery jackpot either but i still play every week $20 a pop

so i wanted to ragequit the game a while until the broken matchmaking and sniper rifle shotguns and 100+m superultrashaw shredders were fixed but its too addictive i must be a masochist or something to keep needing to play. are there other games similar to apb that'll give me the same fix?

the game's unplayable at the moment. sniper rifle shredders, super fast ttk. it feels so cheaty. golds running amok in bronze exploiting all the broken guns i'm ragequitting for a few months @Lixil i'll check back in winter hopefully game is fixed by then for us bronzes and silvers game is unplayable atm

i don't think there are cheaters. yesterday it 'FELT' almost like everyone was triggerbotting or aimbotting. but that's just because shotguns are sniper rifles right now. and for some reason TTK feels broke too, especially STAR. dunno if i'm imagining things but TTK seems lower than it used to be? so it all feels cheaty, but it's just really, really broken. hopefully LO will fix because its' becoming unplayable. there's no fighting or dodging anymore. it's just who can jump who the first. you're dead before you can even react so there's no dodging or countering.
