  4. Nipples are fine. Genitals are not. Anything overly sexualised is not fine. That has been the policy for what, like 7 years now?
  5. I am too lazy to make something and then have to make my old outfit/look again.
  6. Not to mention it was conceptualized as a GTA online by the designer of the original GTA games before GTA 3 was even released.
  7. Oddly I kind of feel like that is a good thing? In a few ways. I feel it provides more dynamic gameplay in that it is not just one shot and done. It creates a staging effect in combat that forces players to react different when getting hit; this moves the gunplay through a number of vehicular and on foot stages rather than ending it with one shot. It allows both players to have more facets of gameplay. It also leaves a space for other hard damage guns like LMGs to not be left in the dark. Though I am probably over thinking it and talking out my patootie.
  8. I was told not to bother. So I am not going to bother.
  9. But the overlay works on apb so they must be built in to the game right?
  10. I miss when Vivox makes your performance and ping worse and it's poor audio quality regardless of game. Not to mention it's issues with not even working properly.

  12. I kill stuns even after they arrested. I don't care, I'll take the demerit.
  13. If you don't know the missions by name after this many years I feel sorry for your memory.
  14. Can you beta cucks get off my board.
  15. I always knew Vegeta was a bit special but this. Jeez.
  16. There is a lot of work that goes in to it, more than just putting on a suit and recording the animations. There is the pre-process before any of that begans. Knowing what needs recording, drafting, etc. Even the act of recording animations is a lot of work that requires a large process and people. Arguably most of the work is done after where that animation data still needs to be fixed up frame by frame and adjusted; these animations need to be perfected and will change over the course of development as like any other kind of animation. The motion capture is just a foundation for the animation. Na. A lot were done free hand or from video reference rather than strictly mocap.
