In my opinion the reskins should be slightly more expensive. Preset guns should be cheaper than open slots. Default guns should be cheaper than reskins. If this is some issue with the staff not knowing what reskins are what, etc I'd honestly do it myself. For real. I'll go through and make a spreadsheet for you in a day of the standardized prices.
