if you click on the 'social district' in the main section (not the server selection list), the game should create social 2.

Stabbas are and should remain enforcers only. Yet i'm not against the fact of criminals being able to have such animation too eg: knock out an enforcer and then execute them by shooting a bullet in their backhead. But how to be able to get to that animation is a whole new story

I don't see why you couldn't report, you report a person commiting a violation. doesn't matter to who it's adressed.

Your friend can always show the proof to support. It's up to them to decide what action to take.

They have a lot of work. Don't forget that they have also bought the huge burden G1 left. They are a small team and i'm sure they are working on things they judge to be prioritizing.

I have been thoroughly testing this a long time ago, many people tend to believe it somehow glitched hitboxes. Well that was completely false. crouch spamming isn't a problem whatsoever, if a guy spamcrouches, aim at his legs and you'll hit him no matter what. For the cover part, and the hitbox delay it's basically barely noticeable, also don't forget if it's slightly delayed when he stands up, it also delays when he crouches again, so it doesn't change anything to the ability to hit him.

I'm not sure but i think there is an arson mission where you can lighten up your enemy's target, like you can destroy a window or a camera as a cop aswell, doesn't advantage you as you basically finish your enemy's target you're supposed to defend. But if you as cop get killed then, the crim receives the title. Also you get it by killing an N5 crim doing an arson iirc. For the supplies you always have the basic (tier 1) version of anything.

An automated system which enforces you to switch to a silver/gold district as soon as you upgrade to gold threat would be more ... .... friendly, don't you think?
