That's just a false statement LO doesnt support hackers nor do SPCT but i know there are a lot more people believing this false information. As i said somewhere else go search and you will find the people behind all the hacks that were published if it's twitch or youtube or where ever they flex with their stuff and those people are nowhere near LO or SPCT and even make fun of them.
-
That's what they were told. I remember 3 or 4 years ago i've heard this from the former developer that owned this game before LO and maybe they told them everything is fine. Following the forum posts from Matt Scott there was a lot more stuff that had to be fixed. A very huge amount of "a lot more".

About Config and Macro usage

Do you think i am stupid or something? Snipped sentence ~@mayii You just showed me that i was right with my interpretation of what you said prior and this behavior is what annoyed me the most in 2020 especialy in APB. Imagine name and shame rules wouldnt exist and this is hitting you. Someone just makes a big fuzz about you cheating in APB and has a lot of people to spread this message. Now try to clean your image yourself because LO won't be able to help you with that. They could but we assume the rule against "Name and shame" does not exist. But you might assume this will never happen to you or friends every, right? And for fck's sake you got punished by a GM for doing it, just don't do it again and get over it instead of complaining about that everywhere you can. I've just noticed you are doing that for days if not longer from what i've seen. -

I also tried to answer other stuff that was said in this thread. Be more clear with what you say because it sounded like cheating gets rewarded und people get away unpunished. -
About Config and Macro usage
JunoSuzuki replied to TheLexatrixNoir's topic in General Discussion Archive
That's bullshoot. Certain configurations are allowed and approved by little orbit for people to make their game work at least a little better. You also have people that just wanna have a better performance but even then, why is it a bad thing if everyone is allowed to do that? Cheating is not allowed and nowhere encouraged by Little Orbit probably just by the typical hacker collectives flexing with their crap on their youtube channels. How about critizising them instead of Little Orbit or others? Name and shame is sometimes a little bit to far spread out across it's meaning but in the core it basicaly means that people shouldnt point at others and accuse them of something that hasn't been proved. Something that lot's of people don't understand but hey why understanding it when it doesnt affect them or close friends? I hope i was able to explain why the statement of yours is just wrong. -
What a bunch of simpletons you are

LITTLE ORBIT IS EVIL!!! now that i have your attention... If i order materials for my workshop but a company says "Nah delivery will be delayed sorry" it's not my fault that projects might get delayed because i have to rely on other companies to deliver me "something". It isn't that hard to understand. Just a little example from the "real world". The only advantage i have is, that i can stock up but we are talking about server providers. If they say stuff needs longer then you're at their mercy. So the goofballs from LO are not responsible for that server downtime. -
Problem here is you choose a faction. You choose it and you kinda main it and i think there is a little philosiphy behind what it says about the people who choose either of that. You choose enforcer because you and your friends are fans of that kind of organized SWAT like gameplay, playing very tactical, looking like special forces. Maybe you're a justice kind of person in general. You might choose criminal because you're a lover of the street aesthetic. Rap, punk, graffity, skater stuff or mafia and organized crime in general. But what if you're just a neutral person that wants to use the full possibility of APBs style without having two characters? Things overlap and there's the question for me if seperating stuff was a good idea all along. Why can only criminals drive a bishada or enforcers drive patriot jericho? If its just the bishada that i wanna have why should i create a whole different character to just drive it around? Plus i have to level up that character to get one with more slots to make it fun but what if i am still busy leveling up my main char? It also limits the possibility of APBs costumization system a lot. I see two options here. Make generic looking kits for all cars accessible for enforcer and criminal and add more kits that are obviously dedicated to the faction. Waragi kit and that tanky looking jericho on enforcers side are doing a very good job as well as kits on the criminals side. If i look at kits like Kissaki or Mako i ask me what makes them 100% crim or enf. Mako (Which i'd like to have on both) is a racing design of Bishada. How are racing cars associated with criminals only? Do i really have to create myself a criminal, buy that kit for 10 pennies and then... just do what? It's a bit frustrating. Second option is to add specific paths within your characters development. At one point you can choose between two paths: - Being more of a street person and have access to styles and kits that are more fitting for said area or going into higher organized crimes and being able to have access to something that looks more noble or modern, plus having access to something that looks like militarized style to make it look tasty for people who wanna look like that but refuse to call themself enforcer - Same for enforcers. Sticking more to the streets and maintain a style that doesn't make you look like a rich clown ... or going the path that makes you look 100% like a police or "official" military person plus having more noble and modern designs like criminals, just a little different. Both options require LO to add a huge amount of new stuff into the game and yes it is only possible with the new engine upgrade i know. Right now i figured a third option: Some kind of black market where you can buy cross fraction PARTS for a huge amount of APB dollars to add another money sink. Ye sorry, i was typing a lot here.

To be honest that's not far off from what i thought.
-
Some people hate this game so much that they can't just quit and move on, trying to find something else. Yes it is a shame. I really want to see this game shine and hope you can keep fight for this.

Population. How many people are currently playing the game.

posted 5:53 AM If you do /pop earlier you might get 50 or less. Try it out. Also people need sleep.
-
Faction differences should've been made in a different way. If there are people that would pay money for those kits eventhough they're on the different fraction, then why not? Customization already makes it possible to make your enforcer look like G-King or Bloodrose and same for criminals in the opposite way. I really want that mako kit on my enforcer but eh, not possible. Have it on my criminal but when i play enf it makes the car i have there so incomplete.

Imagine the forums not being suitable for any community created content because of this kind of attitude > @Voerman I am actually not the only one thinking like that and yes i said i try to avoid the forums* as good as i can for certain things. That doesnt mean that i have no rights to suggest things to go different so me and others could use it more. I don't understand what your problem is. And if you dont care about people that's not my problem. But at this point you should better shut down the forums and create a better place. Sorry, not everyone is a cool edgy kid that goes full ironic and passiv aggressive 24/7 towards everyone.

@Pufty To be honest: I wouldnt mind more moderation and a closer look on what people post and how they treat each other. You can surely say that you don't like any of those costumes but you can do that without making anyone feel like shit. And there are definitely people that have contributed nothing to this contest in any way. You can say that standards should be a little higher next time and suggest improvement. You can always do such things without upsetting people.
-
I 100% agree with Pufty here. Also, winners were chosen. What people forget here are that there are actual humans sitting there reading through all this shit and i can imagine that they feel really upset right now. This forum became a place of negativity and makes me avoid it as good as i can while others are farming their post counters with content that have zero value nor contribute to anything. Consequences would be to only use it for announcement purposes rather than actual tool for community projects and interaction as sad as it is and i hope that Little Orbit will keep working with those who are really interested in creating a nice community environment. Because, as @Pufty stuff like this makes it harder for LO to approach us if the reaction they get is THIS.

Wrong. Completely wrong. I said they will become invisible and this will preserve the living city. Means they will be invisible and no harm for you under certain circumstances. I don't know where i was unclear. @KnifuWaifu I don't worry about that this will happen tbh. You only have a few cool kids that think ignore list is a button to make uncool people disappear. Ignoring people for griefing and making it impossible would be a very good thing in theory because you can pick out single individuals or even groups and erase them completely. Sure you have to get griefed once by them to figure out what their intention is but after that they will be no harm. Much better than castrating APB. Yes there are crashes that happen during a mission, collosions with other people but that has to be expected in APB.
-
Make it so /ignore makes the people you put on your blocklist invisible when they're out of mission. Living city still living and griefermen get thanos snapped by a single command.

What's your opinion on explosives in Asylum?
JunoSuzuki replied to SkrotN's topic in General Discussion Archive
I know what you mean and in that case i agree to 90% that it should be mostly viewed by people who are highly skilled with certain/all weapons but we are talking about OPGL. No other normal weapon, not even most explosives have the capabilities that OPGL has or issues that this weapon brings. E: It also requires said person to be honest with their view. Protecting a weapon from treatment just because they love it so much is no valuable feedback then. -

Ignore the red circle i had to download it from somewhere but this is the best way to not even avoid snipers but also taking them out. Same goes for the inner yard. Find a way around, have environment awareness and snipers aren't that much of an issue. Some of them dont even expect you from NOT running across the yard where no cover is. OPGL is easier at that spot with the green circles. You just blast some nades into those little houses and kill everyone in there and those who spawned and can't just run out because there's explosions everywhere nor they have real cover inside of them. There are good ways to still outsmoke that area if people decide to camp there. -

Since there is no dislike button anymore, so i can show my disgust for your ignorant post, i gonna use this post here to disagree with your statement. I better be a low tier gold than someone flexing with his almost 250k kills degrading a lot of people and claiming they should be left behind or kicked out of conversations. I'd rather say, that mindsets like yours have no place in such conversations (there wasnt anything valuable from your side anyway besides protecting your precious nuke stick) nor it has place in the community and should never set foot here. Just think before you post bs. Wow, that's actually better than just disliking. -

What's your opinion on explosives in Asylum?
JunoSuzuki replied to SkrotN's topic in General Discussion Archive
I like how people use that argument of OPGL fitting in asylum because it was meant to rush out masses of players because it just shows why it should be disabled in asylum at all. You have masses in asylum. You have hiding rooms. You have bottleneck areas. A lot of them. OPGL is just over the top mobile artillery that is fatal and just too good in that area because this map is built on a lot of close range areas. On the other hand you as a player have grenades. Percs for quick 1v1's, frag grenades, concs which also work in smoking out certain areas. Low yields as well. I also mentioned the EOL series. They are fine because they don't have the capacity to kill 5~6 people at once just because they have to think about how to rush that spot where constant heavy artillery fire is coming from.
