  1. They're only going to say when they will do the patch at maximum like 2 days beforehand.. but more likely they will tell us the patch is coming right before they shut down the servers to do the update.. They're smart enough not to give this community a date, lest it be a "promise" in blind people's eyes
  2. Even if they drop them from ARMAs and puts them in as contact rewards, they should still balance them or bring certain ones back to their former glory
  3. The coywolf.. It's a perfect balance between speed, acceleration, control, and hp imo
  4. You have a lot of hope.. it's better than being negative, but blindly believing can be far more painful
  5. @Lixil What was the point in this thread exactly? Just wondering.
  6. Not really.. There hasn't been any changes yet. Banned cheaters got unbanned, but it seems like we have the same amount as we've always had. Battleeye has been implemented, but they aren't banning anyone until they have a better idea on how to use it... which... I thought they were doing before it was implemented. No new content. Servers are terrible. APB is fun, yet frustrating... So we'll see in the next couple months.
  7. I feel like you jump to assumptions and start arguments online a lot for amusement, so I'll be quick and simple, like your thought processes. I'm not really sure what I'd be white knighting here.. the fact that broken weapons should get fixed? It's a pay-to-use gun... okay, what does that have to do with balance exactly? Do you think that all free guns are mandatory use? They aren't. That argument has nothing to do with the balance or use of the weapon. No one is asking for the gun to be OP, just to be fixed. The weapon was very different when it was released and when most people bought it. I guess that's probably why people want the gun to be fixed. We asked a long time ago for it's firerate to be a little faster to make the ttk ~.8 to .85, but instead we had the curves system slapped onto it and it's spread recovery changed. The firerate remained the same. That's a flat nerf to the gun that most people already didn't want to play with. That's an issue in a game based around balance and being different if you didn't know. Even fixing that spread back to where it was and keeping the ttk@1.05 would be an awesome buff. Same goes with the ISSR "Artemis". The exact same thing happened to both rifles for some reason. If you decide to throw in some constructive criticism as to why you are so against more variance in a game where customization is pretty important, I'll be happy to reply.
  8. I agree that he should have posted why it needs buffed, but going into a thread that's talking about a clearly faulty weapon and basically saying "get good, stop whining, and go play" is the just the wrong mentality for anything. A lot of weapons were "meh" , but still very usable before G1 implemented the curves system. When they implemented the curves system, they pulled a classic G1 act and messed with things they shouldn't have, like nerfing the COBR-A and the ISSR. It's true that if they listened to everyone, the game would be a mess, but when the majority of people agree on something and the use of the weapon is under the 5% of the population, then there's clearly something wrong with the weapon. Notice how no one gave any bad ideas, but simply said "buff the COBR-A".... So what is there to argue that's a bad idea here?
  9. This is the same mentality as someone who tells others to just use the weapons that everyone uses like the ntec, atac, whisper, and HVR because those weapons are simply the "best". That makes a game so boring. No one would enjoy a game where everyone has the exact same weapon and mods all the time. Instead of shutting someone down who is simply trying to let the new company know that the majority of weapons need to be overlooked to bring them up to par, why don't you go play the game the way you like since the way you like to play apparently is in your favor and needs no adjusting
  10. If they put the COBR-A and the ISSR "Artemis" back to where they started, they'd be okay... They were still slower firing, but they had amazing accuracy and the spread cone reset after every shot just like the PMG and the Star LCR Sometimes I like trading out a little ttk for ease of use. The ttk on them is already atrocious so they should be super easy to use.
  11. The ISSR Artemis used to be amazing. Both the ISSR Artemis and the COBR-A used to have fully resetting spread just like the LCR does, but G1 destroyed both weapons. Combining our own packs sounds cool, but idk how they would implement that or put a formula into the marketplace lol
  12. if you buy it in real life, does it come with everything in that pack? A car? a rifle? Just giving you shit. The prices really do need to have something done. I've asked both in the questions thread (which they're ignoring) and through a message to Lixil if we spend money now and buy something, if the difference will come back later since we would be supporting LO and not G1... no response=no money for them
  13. fair enough, aesthetics matter in a game like APB lol
  14. It's called a PSR Osprey R&D III lol "The all-new PSR sniper rifle offers the same devastating stopping power and accuracy you've come to expect of the N-HVR 762 in a sleek composite body. The 'Osprey' comes with a silencer and 2 open modification slots. "
  15. I enjoy using the NSSW/VAS SW2 with HS3, HB2, and anything else really.. lmg you can move with as long as you're in marksman mode and the spread/accuracy can't be beat for mid range. I also enjoy using both the SWARM and the AMG 556, but the SWARM takes 6 stk unlike the alig
  16. Ask stupid questions: get stupid answers. I'm sure they'll answer at some point. Lixil is probably up to his/her ears in support questions for the time being
  17. No. I put a question in the Q&A for them to answer. Did you forget that's what this was?
  18. They've already agreed that the prices were outdated, as in asking for too much. But it's okay, instead of being a white knight, that just steers people away from supporting them.
  19. Since I worded my thread/poll poorly, I'll ask here.. If I were to buy G1c now (under LO) and then buy items, would I get back the difference back later on when LO changes the prices in ARMAs? If not, then there's no point in buying items right now knowing I'll get them cheaper later.
  20. Read this closely. I'm thinking about spending money right now. That money is going towards LO. I'm wondering if money spent now, toward LO, would get rebated once they change prices. Try to read left to right next time. EDIT: I do see where the confusion comes from with the poll though.
  21. I'd be okay with it too since it's not their fault, but at the same time with their released content I'd still end up spending more.. I guess I would want a refund, but if not, I'd want more loyalty rewards implemented so neither us nor them are at a loss
  22. yeah, I said it was on the backburner.. and there's been a few times games have refunded the difference in their premium currency when they change prices. I'm not talking about getting money back lol
  23. I'm thinking about grabbing a couple things from ARMAs, but I want to wait and see what's going to happen with it. If I spend money now, will I just be screwed over? O will LO make up the difference to those who spend the absurd amounts now? It's something we've talked about for a while and something that's on the backburner as nothing will happen soon, but we could at least know if it's even worth putting money in right now.
  24. yeah, Jericho just got hit HARD by a DDoS
