The event was... interesting. Not really my thing, but people seemed to be enjoying themselves. I dont really see it as having in any way been beneficial from a testing standpoint, but hey... sometimes its nice to just have some fun!

Yeah, I'm not too happy about what IR3 did to the Obir. Maybe 5/10/15% would be better penalties to the fire rate. Or unique effects per weapon, as others have mentioned. Or just take the +5m range buff you are getting in place of the +7m range IR used to give? I doubt you can even tell the difference between 65m and 67m.
