  1. That would be the final nail in the coffin for me. Was for PUBG, and that game still had a decent player pop.
  2. You're basically suggesting what open conflict was. I loved that district type. You got opposition immediately, and it didn't force you to fight the same group over and over due to threat matching. I wasn't expecting a balanced match, so I didn't feel screwed when it was lop sided. With the current matchmaking, it feels like it's screwing everyone. Most of the time it 3v4. 3 high threat golds vs 3 silvers/bronzes and 1 high threat gold. I understand there's a small player pool to pick from, so I rather have it favor quick matchmaking than try to balance what it can't.
  3. The 64 bit upgrade made a noticeable difference with that multi rocket launcher. My framerate is barely affected by it now. With the 32 bit engine, I was getting seconds per frame.
  4. There should be a way to type in different chat channels, without having to using /s, /g, /d, etc, to switch to what channel you're typing to. We have chat tabs. Add default chat channels for tabs. For example, I have [Team] in Tab 1, and [Group][Clan] in Tab 2, and [District] in Tab 3. I would like Tab 1 to default to typing in /t, Tab 2, to /g, and Tab 3 to /d. It's really annoying with Team chat. It auto switches from Team to District at the end of the mission. I want it to stay in Team after mission ends, so I don't have to switch again in the next mission. It would also be a huge QoL improvement if Team chat continued to work for a minute or so after mission ends, or until you get a new mission.
  5. Same happens on US servers. The only teammates who stick around are new players, and the max rank silvers who use a volcano in cqc.
  6. There's a big difference between someone performing on par with your average gold veteran, and someone out running your Vegas G20.
  7. You're right. For now they should set it to a higher value by default.
  8. They're soft limits for no reason. The smallest limit should be 255. Than again, there shouldn't be hundreds of variants of the same weapon. Instead, they should have had the base weapon unlocked for free, and sold the variations as skins and loadouts, with the option to have a custom loadout. You select them by using a drop down menu. The mod inventory system would need an overhaul, but it should perform better than having a giant list of weapons and mods with individual IDs that are unique for each character.   9. You might have the wrong address. It times out for me as well. There should be 3 or 4 addresses listed. I don't know which one APB uses for logging in.
  10. Here's how to get the IP addresses APB is trying to connect to: - Launch APB, but do not login yet. - Run Resource Monitor. Open the network tab. Check APB.exe. - Login to APB. Don't connect to a district yet. - Check the IP addresses and ports. One of these should be the login server. The ports are not needed for the trace route, but your ISP may want them to troubleshoot.   12. Giving any player GM responsibility is going to create problematic behavior. They're going to ignore suspicious activity from their friends, and put more effort into creating a report on players they do not like. Having them handle events is fine, but they shouldn't be placed at a higher authority form the rest of the community. Besides, no normal player is going to want to volunteer their free time to do Little Orbit's job without compensation. You're going to get the equivalent of Reddit mods applying for those positions. Going by the GMs in district chat, that seems to be the case.
  13. The anticheat was upgraded from BattlEye to Easy Anti-Cheat. Little Orbit plan on adding Fairfight, if it hasn't already been implemented. We have free premium because Little Orbit cared more about virtue signaling over the flu than making money. Little Orbit wanted a free option to unlock legendary weapons, so they moved them to the Joker store. You gamble for them with joker tickets. You can still satisfy your gambling addiction by purchasing joker tickets with real money. The engine was upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit. Players with modern graphics cards, like the RTX series, no longer crash with "out of memory" errors. There was talk about a new vehicle. I'm not sure what the current status is. In game GMs are volunteers. They are real players who use their free time to take on some GM roles. They don't have most moderator powers. They're kinda useless, but it's not the GM's fault. You can apply to become a GM, but keep in mind your powers will be restricted. The issue isn't the anticheat. It does ban accounts based on HWID. The problem is support is useless. You can post clips of yourself using an aimbot, wallhack, etc without fear of being banned. There's always going to be a way around the anticheat. There needs to be active moderation, but Little Orbit cannot afford to hire real GMs.

  16. It renders for 1/3 the shots, and sometimes it is so delayed I see it after I killed the player. I wonder if it's related to the radar bug introduced when the Raptor 45 'Condor' was added. Players used to show up on radar for every shot fired, and the red dot would follow them. After the 'Condor' addition, it stopped following players, and many shots don't show up on radar for every weapon. Players leaning out of a vehicle sometimes have the red dot blink twice, even though they shot once. The 'Condor' often does not show up on radar, even after the player with it killed another player. Regardless, I rather have a health value like in Counter Strike. Off topic rant about networking.

  18. The USA flag skin is the ugliest skin the in the game. It would look so much better if the grips had the flag skin, and just the screws, nuts and bolts have the gold, rather than the whole gun.
  19. Does "AI" even mean anything now? It's slapped on everything using basic comparisons.
  20. Probably the Anubis and Oscar, because they don't lose accuracy when my character slides from too much fps.
  21. The 3d glasses were out of style in 2012. Only players still wearing it are vets who haven't touched their character since RTW, and cheaters pretending to be vets.

    Recoil

    The SWARM has a preset recoil pattern. It's easy to learn. It has less mobility than other weapons but it's good at taking out players, and does more hard damage than most rifles and SMGs. But to be brutally honest, if you can't learn to pull down, you're going to have a hard time with any recoil path.
