Very unlikely. Its more just put on a back burner so LO can figure out and finalize the rest of 3.5. If anything a UE4 port would still be planned. -
More physically, females being shorter affects the height of things being held such as weapons. So the hit box not changing doesn't stop the shield from changing unless its animations are fixed at a certain height, which could look weird.

Adding on to the size of said Riot Shield. They come in many sizes but for game play balance i think a simple torso sized one would be ideal. More than enough room to hit someones legs (Shield bottom reaches the thighs at most.) with enough room to hit someone in the head with most rifles (shield top reaches about mid face.). Only issue there is gender scaling since males/females are entirely different sizes. Regardless, most Riot Shields leave the legs wide open. And in APB, no matter where you hit your opponent, its the same amount of damage.

Small shield plus the ability for certain weapons to pierce it would be interesting. by certain weapons i mean anything over a certain amount of hard damage or whatever. Not like San Paro has the budget for quality Riot Shields.

I wanna guess this is about accuracy? Cause the actual fire rate between all RFP variants are the same. I'm trying to figure out if the Test B has a placebo or not though. It certainly feels slower but there's no mention of a fire rate change and i know you can shoot it MUCH faster than it feels like it shoots. -

You're supposed to test by just simply playing? It's not a hard concept neither a new one. The only thing to test is B anyways since its clearly different and actually feels nice, but questionable. On top of that, Nitro posted his thoughts after, gasp, actually testing! -

Nope. I definitely recommend Test B however. Really, i know people are going to complain over either. Oh, and probably don't misinterpret the B stats, those would be viewed as Live > Test B, not Test B > Test B 2.0. -

Again, you'll just have to test. The DB wont be updated with these changes cause of how they work afaik. Data mining also wont do anything since the stats are on the server, not the client. It is. -

Seems like its broken because the system is working it by mag count. So for grenades you get 2+2 or 3+1 but for everything else you get 4 whole mags. Tested with the EOLs AAEPD, Flaregun. It's kinda funny since the change was specifically catered to grenade spam but because of how the system works, you get nearly a full resupply for all primary explosives. -

1v1 with no targets moving doesn't really tell the player much. Having tested it prior, im more curious to see how it handles in an actual life fire scenario than in some shooting range one. -

That's a typo that nobody picked up on. The RFP-9 on LIVE is currently 1.05ttk with a drop off starting at 40m. Always was. -

Not really. It's only problem right now is that it's too accurate from the hip. I can see most other CQC secondaries beating it now. Good luck hitting something at 60m though, lol. -

Sometimes but in this case nothing else has changed. Reducing the damage and upping the range. Also, what isn't mentioned is that the large and medium supply boxes remove inventory access. So you can't change anything from them anymore. -

I feel like everyone is ignoring the damage nerf and just focusing on the range buff. The RFP is now 4 bursts to kill, not 3. So it has a longer ttk -
If you don't have the xbox chat pad, nope. I would definitely hit up a store and buy a cheap USB keyboard though.

That function is still there. If you have a USB keyboard, plug it into your Xbox and use the - or = keys to zoom in/out. All the PC keybinds are there and they also work with a chat pad. Once done you can just forget about it, game saves it like normal.
