There are a lot of speedhackers nowadays. I already reported two of them but they still around. We have a few GMs and TGMs around in the districts, what's about if some of them sometimes join the district undercover? Only for a few minutes just to check if all is fine. Or bring back /report option and let the GMs have a menu where they can see which players got the most reports so they can spectate them. And in general isn't there anything against speed/teleport hack? I mean even minecraft had a anti cheat created by players against teleport/speedhack.
Can't you just check how large is distance a player run in a second (considering Fraglie, Kevlar and Equipped Weapon, Epinephrine) and if that distance is too large just kill that player or something like that?

they prefer to change weapons and make the game even worse than before.

He changes things that never had to be changed.

with g1c and the whole hacker the game was more fun.

today we have hacker and stupid weapon change that nobody need. 
the only things that the game need is STILL GOOD SERVER, More Player, and Better Performenc.

Just one thing this game will never get population to return without a Majority of the cheaters removed the weapons being balanced and the "Pay 2 Win" Element removed no one is going to play this game if they get dominated by P2W weapons constantly also this game as you said need better servers and performance fixes there is a ton of back end issues that need fixed such as net code and other render issues until all this gets fixed this game will remain dead point blank period as no one wants to play a game that is unbalenced as hell.
