This shit happens so much in APB that I really wanna know. How shitty my connection needs to be? Do I need VPN to route myself thru moscow? It's not server when my team mate confirms that someone is immortal af. 2

On occassion your HP regen will start at the right time and let you survive shots you wouldn't have a second ago. Or probably just lag. Maybe 25% lucky HP regen timing and 75% lag. So yeah.
