You pay money and the support does not sign up for a support team! @Lixil @MattScott @Selali Not trying to victim blame (and hopefully this is solved by the time I am replying), but I find it funny that you knew how to access forums, knew the CEO's name and the other mods... yet you didn't know to check that the support team is pushing through a lot of tickets and have already stated that this is a problem right now? The world doesn't revolve around you. It sucks that you need to submit a support ticket in the first place, I agree, but all you can do is wait. Quote
